a. Youzhong Media Chief Executive Officer Summary:

Plan, guide, coordinate the company's administrative service support and other work, organize management and assist managers to arrange and implement administrative service support.

b. The work content of the Executive Director of Youzhong Media:

1. Organize the implementation of administrative management rules and regulations and the implementation of supervision and inspection systems.

2. Draft and archive company related files and participate in the management and implementation of the company's business affairs.

3, organize the reception and related outreach work.

4. Collect and organize internal information of the company, coordinate the internal administrative personnel and other work of the company.

5. Organize the development of the Ministry of Administration's work development plan, plan and budget plan, and make effective recommendations for controlling costs.

c. Job description:

1. Under the guidance of the Group's strategic policy, under the management concept of the subsidiary company, the administrative system, work processes, and work plans are effectively implemented and supervised to improve the standardization of internal management.

2. According to the conference system of subsidiaries, responsible for organizing, preparing, contacting, and coordinating major conferences, responsible for recording and collating relevant conference resolutions, and supervising the implementation of resolutions of the conference.

3. Organize the release and management of internal resource information of subsidiaries to ensure that the information within the subsidiaries can be disseminated correctly and efficiently.

4. Guide the administrative work according to the planning plan of the subsidiary company, and evaluate and correct the effect of the administrative work.

5. Do a good job in the work exchange activities with the subsidiaries in a timely manner, determine the theme of the event, arrange the event venue, and do a good job in logistics. Collect and timely summarize available information resources, optimize information, and feed back to the general manager.
