The big leap is the pressure and motivation for our work. Looking back on the past six months, both in terms of work level and ideological and political progress, there are also shortcomings. Second, my responsibilities:

Fourth, my work content:

1. Fully manage the work of the service department;

2. Strictly implement the core processes of the manufacturers and do a good job in the safety production and equipment management of the service department;

3. Strive to improve the quality of maintenance, increase the rate of claims, and ensure a one-time repair rate and spare parts supply rate;

4. Communicate with relevant departments of the after-sales service department of the manufacturer in time to convey the spirit of the Audi regional conference and be responsible for the relevant inspection results;

5. Directly lead the managers of the various departments of the service department to carry out various tasks so that all departments of the service station can coordinate development to achieve the expected goals;

6. Grasp and supervise the supply of spare parts in a timely manner, formulate the principle of spare parts procurement, reduce the use of inventory funds, increase the capital turnover rate and the utilization rate of spare parts;

7. Strengthen production management and cost control, reduce consumption and eliminate waste;

8. Responsible for formulating the employee training plan, grasping the construction of the talent team, formulating the salary assessment standards for the relevant posts, and exercising the personnel transfer and production arrangements for each department according to the work needs of the service station;

9. According to the monthly and quarterly statistics related to the business data, it is responsible for reporting the work of production and operation management to the general manager and the manufacturer, and providing reasonable suggestions for the company's business activities;

10. Do a good job in civilized production to improve the overall image of the company and the overall quality of the employees, and maintain the brand image of the voyage and the corporate image of the company;

11. Develop standard processes, operating procedures and employee code of conduct for the department and commit to implementation and implementation;

12. Extract reasonable suggestions for the business development and service marketing of the service department, and strive to improve the maintenance income and the number of loyal users of the enterprise;
