For better publicity chambers, publicize member companies, help members to expand business information exchange, the Chamber of Commerce regularly updates the website, so that members can get more information in all aspects. With the development of the Chamber of Commerce, the existing website “Beijing Folk Customs Chamber of Commerce Network” has been unable to meet the requirements of the Chamber of Commerce for a large amount of information transmission. Therefore, the Chamber of Commerce has invested in the construction of a large-scale portal website, “China Folk Customs Tourism Network”, a brand new website, and perfect functions. It will become a good platform for members to communicate and publicize.

In order to better build the team of individual members, after a lot of social research and combined with nearly 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, I found that the main group of tourism consumption is young people, so I made a website "Fellow in Beijing" at my own expense. This platform gathers popularity, integrates contacts, resources docking, co-founding, and achieves win-win situation. It calls on members of the website to participate in some gatherings, receptions, dances, banquets, self-help tours organized by the Chamber of Commerce, and finally develops into group tours. Strengthen contacts, expand exchanges, and increase the visibility of chambers of commerce.

I will actively strengthen contacts and exchanges with some chambers of commerce and party and government organizations inside and outside the province, and often invite relevant leaders of the party and government to participate in chamber activities. I will participate in the exchange activities of the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce. He has visited, exchanged and interacted with Heilongjiang, Shandong, Russia and other countries. Received other provincial and municipal leaders to inspect Beijing. In addition, the Chamber of Commerce also participates in the gatherings of the various brothers' chambers from time to time, exchanges and learn from each other's good experience in managing the Chamber of Commerce. In addition, in order to improve the cultural quality of members, I will also set up the Cultural and Creative Industry Committee of the Beijing Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce Folk Customs Chamber of Commerce. At the beginning of this year, I also participated in many exhibitions, cultural festivals, and business visits, and conducted in-depth exchanges with the Chambers of Commerce in the United States, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, and also brought business opportunities to members. There are also some shortcomings in our work, mainly in:

1. Due to various reasons, the development of our members is still slow. The membership team needs to grow further under the current situation, and the membership structure and quality need to be further improved.

2. As the Chamber of Commerce is still in its infancy and development stage, it has not yet played the role of the Chamber of Commerce and truly provides quality services to its members.

3. Due to time, the charity activities of the Chamber of Commerce were not held as scheduled. In the future, the Chamber of Commerce should actively participate in social welfare activities, enhance members' awareness of social responsibility, and establish a good image of our society.

4. As the Chamber of Commerce has fewer staff members, it has no time to take into account the revenue generated by the Chamber of Commerce. We will strengthen our work in this area in the future.

5. Although this year's Chamber of Commerce activities are more abundant and more substantial than last year, there are still many activities that have not been held as scheduled. For example, picnic activities, karaoke contests and other cultural and sports activities are mainly due to the event time and members' There is some conflict in work. Therefore, it is necessary to be more flexible and more humane in the future arrangement of activities.

6. Due to the unfavorable work of the Secretariat, the work of the emblem and the journal has not been put in place, and the update of the website is not timely.

7. The large-scale activities of the Chamber of Commerce are relatively simple and lack attractiveness.
