First, strengthen leadership, improve the stability of the organization network

The district committee and district government have always regarded the investigation and mediation of contradictions and disputes as a key measure to maintain stability. First, we have further improved the unified leadership of party committees and governments, maintained stability, petitions and organizations, and the working mechanisms of the streets and communities, which combined their regular investigations, centralized investigations and special investigations, and basically achieved a stable impact on various possibilities. The problem was discovered early, early control and early resolution. Second, the establishment of grassroots contradictory dispute mediation centers and leading institutions in a timely manner. The director is served by the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, Qi Xiangjun. Seriously carry out grassroots investigation and mediation of contradictions and disputes, and fully resolve various unstable factors

In combination with the "two-row investigation" activity, we have intensified efforts to investigate grassroots contradictions and disputes. The main leaders of the district committees and district governments have attached great importance to it and have carefully arranged the activities for the development of this activity in our district. In the Work District Comprehensive Office, we will closely liaise with the various street, village, community mediation center and mediation room, and cooperate closely. We will visit the people through the door, visit the people, receive visits, hold symposiums, investigation meetings, analysis meetings, etc. Contradictions are investigated and sorted out. For the problems found in the platoon, unified registration of books, establishment of work accounts, and timely reporting in accordance with the schedule of the plan. We will sort out the various contradictions and disputes that have been identified, and through various methods of effective adjustment, such as people's mediation, judicial adjustment, and grassroots contradictory dispute mediation centers, strive to resolve the vast majority of contradictions and disputes at the grassroots level, eliminate the bud, and ensure me. The district's society, politics, and economy are healthy, stable, and coordinated.

Third, strengthen the investigation and mediation mechanism of contradictions and disputes, and seriously solve hot and difficult problems

We give full play to the functions of the relevant departments, adhere to the principle of “in-time investigation and prevention-oriented”, effectively increase the intensity of investigation and mediation of contradictions and disputes, increase efforts to resolve hot-difficulties, and strive to find various contradictions and disputes. The District Comprehensive Management Committee has formulated a specific work plan, which is specifically responsible for the district comprehensive management office, the district legal management office, the forward public security bureau and the various sub-district offices, and strengthened the efforts to investigate and mediate the units in the districts, and continue to adhere to the quarterly report on comprehensive management. Institutions and major events are accompanied by special reports for each quarter of peacetime work, and the investigation and mediation of contradictions and disputes is included in the assessment content of the comprehensive management work of the listed management units, and is included in the important content of “one-vote veto” and implemented in all units. In the first half of this year, according to the deployment of the Municipal Stability Office, we organized a 100-day battle to investigate and mediate contradictions and disputes, and conducted an investigation into rural stability. A total of three investigations were conducted, and the vast majority of problems identified were among neighborhoods, families, and marriage disputes, all of which were properly mediated.
