I. Huangtan Waterworks Project

Completion in 2019:

1. Complete the main construction of the integrated pool;

2. Complete 80% construction of the main body of the pipe gallery, filter tank, backwash pump room and total water discharge;

3. Complete the main construction of the dosing room;

4. Complete the procurement of water purification engineering equipment;

2019 plan:

1. In February and February, the decoration of the pipe gallery, filter tank, backwashing pump house, main effluent main body and various structures shall be carried out, and the construction of the water pipe network into the factory area shall be completed;

2. During the period of March and March, various equipment installations and factory appearance environment construction will be carried out;

3. Equipment commissioning in May and July;

In April and July, the water plant was commissioned;

5. Complete the preparatory work for the factory water pipe.

Second, Changjie Waterworks Project

Completion in 2019:

1. Complete the main project construction, including: drainage tank, sludge concentration tank, gas-water backwashing filter, clear water tank, flocculation sedimentation tank, five single items.

2. Complete the procurement of water purification equipment

2019 plan:

1. Start the installation of the first pump room equipment of Changjie Water Plant in February and February;

2. In March, the local equipment installation and commissioning of the Changjie Water Plant was carried out;

3. Starting from March to May, the construction of the factory network of Changjie Water Plant will begin;

4. Start the equipment commissioning of Changjie Waterworks in July and August;

In May and September, the Changjie Water Plant was commissioned.

Third, Kushiro - former children's water plant

Completion in 2019:

1. Policy processing is being coordinated;

2019 plan:

1. Complete the bidding work and sign the construction contract;

2. The construction unit entered the site;

3. Purchasing equipment for water purification engineering;

Fourth, sewage treatment plant engineering

Completion in 2019:

1. Complete the civil works of the Dajiahe sewage treatment pumping station;

2. Complete the civil works of the Tea Garden Sewage Treatment Plant;

3. Complete the bidding and masonry of the wall of the Changjie Sewage Treatment Plant;

4. Publish the tender information for the construction of the Changjie Sewage Treatment Plant;

5. Complete the installation and commissioning of the second stage blower, sludge cutting machine, screw pump and centrifugal dewatering machine of Chengbei Wastewater Treatment Plant

6. Complete the transformation of the second phase low-voltage power distribution cabinet of Chengbei Wastewater Treatment Plant

7. Complete the procurement and other equipment of the second phase of the Chengbei Sewage Treatment Plant, and submit the government procurement approval work;

8. Complete the second phase of the Chengbei Sewage Pipeline Project.

2019 plan:

1. Complete the bidding work, construction management, equipment procurement of the Sham Shui Po Treatment Plant and complete the main project;

2. Complete the bidding work, construction management and equipment procurement of Xidian Sewage Treatment Plant and complete the main project;

3. Complete the construction management and equipment procurement of the Long Street Sewage Treatment Plant and complete the main project;

4. Complete the procurement, installation and commissioning of the second phase of the Chengbei Wastewater Treatment Plant;

V. Pipeline network construction

Completion in 2019:

1. Formulate the “Water Management Group “One Household and One Table” Water Supply Project Management Regulations”;

2. Complete 80% of the engineering volume of the startup water supply project;

3. Complete the water supply supervisor project of Huchengang Bridge - Changjie Industrial Park;

4. Complete the bidding for Ningdong factory water pipes;

5. Complete the annual budget for one household and one table project;

6. Complete annual construction drawing review and project change management;

7. Complete annual project acceptance and completion data review;

8. Complete annual project settlement and project approval work;

2019 plan:

1. Completion of bidding and construction management of Qiaotou Hu-Dajiahe water supply and drainage main pipe;

2. Complete the venture water supply project;

3. Do a good job in engineering budget work;

4. Do a good job in construction drawing review, project change management, project acceptance and acceptance;

5. Do a good job in reviewing the completion data and settlement and approval of the project.

Sixth, policy processing

1. Complete the policy of connecting the Baixi and Huangtan reservoirs;

2. Complete the policy treatment of the Meidan line pipe jacking project;

3. Complete the Ningdong factory management policy;

In 2019, the task of building the group is still arduous.
