First, the work content
1. Cooperate with leaders and editors
The main point of administrative work is to assist the leadership work, to convey the instructions given by the leaders to the editors, and to assist the leadership in assigning tasks to the editors, to communicate with the editors, and to coordinate with the editors.
2, recruitment work
Writer is the main productivity of the company. Due to the special nature of the company's work, the liquidity of the writer is very large, so recruiting excellent writers is the focus of daily work. Individual writers are actively recruiting qq to negotiate, most of the writers are the first to call the notice plus qq------ see the writers need to know -------- paper sample ------- Send a written test questions and database ------- written test --- written test qualified --- finally become the company's writer. Although recruiting writers is a relatively heavy job, every step must be taken seriously, because recruiting writers provide a win-win opportunity for writers and companies, companies need good writers, and writers also accumulate substances through the company. Wealth, so every successful stroke writer has a sense of maturity. Due to their limited ability and energy, there is no guarantee that every writer is very good, which also brings some pressure to the editors. Please also thank the editors for your understanding. In the three months of work, I have recruited more than 130 writers. Occasionally I will cooperate with the leader to recruit other people for the company. Job postings will also be posted on various websites, in addition to the 51job and ChinaHR.com that I update every day, other websites, similar to 58 cities, market, Baicai recruitment, etc. I will also post recruitment information. Recruitment for company recruitment like telephone marketing, administrative clerk, sales manager, etc.
3. Website entry and update
Since recruiting writers is a long-term job, the recruitment website is updated every day to expand the energy of the writer. The future is not excellent and the China Yingcai network is updated every day. The three websites xx and xx and xx are entered every 2 days, and each time two articles are entered for updating.
In the company's 4 months, I have recorded the contents of 4 websites, including papers and journals. In October, there are two websites, xx and xx. In November, the contents of the two websites of xx and xx were entered.
4, Li Bo teacher's background entry
Teacher Li Bo is an important customer of our company. His manuscripts must be distributed and adjusted through a dedicated background. Log in to the background at least three times a day in the morning, evening, and evening to view the latest developments and assign tasks to the editor.
Second, the lack of work
After three months of administrative work, I found that there are many deficiencies. I lacked patience when recruiting writers. The review of written test papers is not serious enough. This has made some irresponsible writers take advantage of the situation, which has affected the company's work efficiency. Reporting to the leadership is not careful enough to influence the leadership’s judgment and decision-making power.
Third, work feelings
Joining the company for 3 months in administrative work, I think the most important thing in administrative work is patience and passion. Administrative work must always be full of enthusiasm, have enough patience, can not be eager to seek success, and must work in a down-to-earth manner, although sometimes the work done is repeated, but every moment must be serious, meticulous For work, every day, there must be a return to zero mentality to work, to have a sense of responsibility and confidence in the work, not to be complacent, to work in continuous learning and self-reflection.
Fourth, 2019 work plan
1. Increase recruitment efforts.
The recruitment work in 2019 is not very successful. The writer is always not enough. In the upcoming 2019, I will increase the recruitment, especially the medical writers. I cannot let the company affect the company's development because of improper recruitment. . I will work hard, be serious, and not be able to face the recruitment work with a slight slack, so that the company's administrative department will become a reserve army for the development of various departments.
2. Do a good job in communication between leaders and departments.
The Administration Department is the bridge for communication between leaders and various departments. In 2019, I will continue to cooperate with the leadership and the work of various departments to help the leaders to solve problems and provide logistics service functions.
3. Work standardization and professionalization.
The administrative department is just on the right track. Some places are still not very mature. I will try to make the administrative department reflect its value in 2019, so that its development is more and more standardized, and there is no rule. The administrative department is single-handed. But I believe that with the care of leaders and colleagues, the development of the executive branch will become more and more professional.
4. Improve personal work ability, and have a spirit of dedication and gratitude for work.

I have to constantly charge myself, demanding myself from high standards, constantly challenging myself, always working with humility and gratitude, and constantly working every day.
