1. Recruitment: The recruitment channel is still very narrow, and the form is not optimistic. In the future, we will continue to search for resources online.

2. Documentation. Document archiving should be archived on a quarterly basis or on a yearly basis. I am not very clear about it. I am also confused about the file number. I don’t know how to start it. Now I have fewer files and no files in other departments. Hand over, I will make a clearer file management system in the next step. Should the files on the finance side be handed over to the administrative department?

3. For the company's development plan. Now I don't know how to write it. At present, I am thinking about an outline, and then install the content, but there is no basic data in hand. The development plan should involve market analysis, industry analysis, financial status, etc., so this is currently Still very confused, only look up the information and then slowly write.

4. For administrative work. Now I have basically known how to do the administrative work. The administration is a big steward, and everything has to be managed, but now I seem to have just entered the role. I have never been in a position before, although I am an administrative assistant, but the administration. I am alone, so I should assume the responsibility of the administrative department and fulfill the obligations of the administrative department. However, I do not know how to manage it when I apply it to my work. How to use the rights in my hands to implement the company’s system is good. One point I will go buy a book and study it slowly.
