According to the archives spirit and requirements of the “Notice of the Office of the People’s Government of ×× County on Printing and Issuing the Implementation Plan for the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Inspection of XX Years” issued by the Office of the People’s Government of the People’s Republic of China (XX) No. 104, the Bureau has seriously carried out the comprehensive administrative law enforcement work in XX. I. Carrying out work conditions Strengthening leadership, raising awareness, establishing and improving leading and handling agencies, conducting self-examination and summarization of implementation on time, and submitting the law enforcement situation as required. The bureau set up a leading group for administrative law enforcement work of the XX County Construction Bureau, and timely adjusted and enriched according to the changes in personnel, strengthened leadership, and defined responsibilities.
In light of the actual situation, we will steadily promote the catalogue of administrative examination and approval projects carried out by the SIPO, and clarify the basis of statutory law enforcement duties and responsibilities to the specific provisions of the legal norms, and the newly promulgated "Urban and Rural Planning Law" and "Regulations on Municipal Public Facilities Disaster Prevention and Defense" Laws and regulations are included in the law enforcement catalogue, and the duties of law enforcement responsibility are implemented and detailed to specific leaders and internal institutions and law enforcement personnel. It is also published in the form of archives and issued by various departments of the bureau, and is open to the whole society in the website of the XX County Construction Bureau, the government information disclosure website of the XX County Construction Bureau and the window of the Construction Bureau. The party secretary and director Luo Defang of the bureau personally took charge of the administrative law enforcement work, took overall responsibility for the administrative law enforcement work of the bureau, and decomposed the target responsibility layer by layer.
Law enforcement subjects and law enforcement personnel are legally qualified. All law enforcement personnel are certified to work and use the law enforcement certificate according to law. There is no law enforcement phenomenon for those without law enforcement.
Implement administrative licensing, formulate management systems and operational procedures, and implement administrative licensing in accordance with the law. There were no cases in violation of laws and regulations in the administrative license of the whole year, and the licensing procedures were legal and the procedures were not perfect.
Strengthen team building. At the end of the year, there was no incident of law enforcement officers violating discipline and leading violations.
Enforce law enforcement training in conjunction with departmental work. This year, the legal staff of the bureau participated in the administrative law enforcement training organized by the Legislative Affairs Office of the county government, and sent law enforcement personnel to participate in the Property Law, Housing Registration Measures, Urban and Rural Planning Law, Safety Production Law, and Safe Production in Yunnan Province. Management Regulations, "Dynamic Management of Construction Projects for Domestic Sewage Disposal Facilities", "Regulations for Disaster Prevention and Defense of Municipal Public Facilities", Housing Safety Appraisal, Recovery and Reconstruction Technical Training, Property Management Training, etc.

Standardize law enforcement case file management.
Do a good job in the promotion and training of the departmental law. This year, the bureau has seized the "Property Law", "House Registration Method", "Urban and Rural Planning Law", "Safe Production Law", "Yunnan Province Safety Production Management Regulations", "Dynamic Wastewater Treatment Facilities Construction Project Dynamic Management", Publicity and training of departmental laws such as the Regulations on Municipal Disaster Relief and Defense Management.
Actively perform statutory duties. Make specific administrative actions according to law. In this year's administrative law enforcement work, there is no inaction and the case that has not been filed according to law, and the time-limited case handling service, the violation of the legal procedure, the specific administrative act made is based on the wrong, excessive enforcement or abuse of power, and meets the statutory conditions. The administrative administrative counterpart's application has not been or has not been granted an administrative license, and the specific administrative actions are obviously inappropriate. The legal documents do not meet the requirements, and the major administrative actions are not recorded.
Handling NPC recommendations, criticisms and opinions on time, handling important petition cases submitted by the NPC and requesting feedback results on time, timely handling matters assigned by the mayor and county magistrate hotline, and timely organizing and participating in mediating social conflicts.
Second, there are problems
1. The enforcement of law enforcement needs to be strengthened, and the quality of law enforcement personnel is not high;
