Hello everyone! The year xxxx has passed, and the annual work is coming to an end. Looking back on this year, I feel a lot.

Since November, I have been in charge of production and product quality. Since I first embarked on an administrative position, I have been very experienced in terms of experience and qualifications. But I am not afraid of these disadvantages. On the one hand, I continue to ask the leaders and colleagues humbly, on the other hand, I usually go to the team to observe and find out the problems and summarize them. Although my starting point is zero, my confidence is 100%, because I shoulder the high trust of leaders and the ardent hope of employees, which are the driving force for my own ability to cultivate and develop.

In the past two months, what I experienced the deepest thing is not the experience of work, nor the feeling of personal growth, but the recognition and practice of the colleagues around me, asking them to understand, feel and follow this. The mentality and norms of action advocated by corporate culture. Sincerely treat each other's work and everyone around you, and face every little thing you do with a friendly heart. We must strive for a refined attitude and strive for the perfect result. I think these are all incentives and spurs for young people. Everyone who walks on this path will find the value of life in the words "sincerity, kindness, exquisiteness and perfection".

In summing up the work during this period of time, we have made the following improvements to the production work: on the basis of product quality, based on previous production experience, we have set up and implemented the first inspection record of the product and the record of the defective product return. Since the overall quality control of the entire production line, the workshop has been greatly improved in terms of process discipline and process control, and has achieved gratifying results. On the basis of this, the workshop will introduce the production of flow-through operations, and through continuous efforts, and further strengthen the process discipline and process control, it will ensure the hard-won results. In the production process, the quality of the whole product is stable, and the repair rate is only six thousandths. This is the most favorable proof for the effectiveness of our work; we actively explore new methods to improve production efficiency and improve product quality. In XX years alone, xx lightning protection products and xx ventilation and energy-saving products were completed, breaking through the historical highs. Especially under the unified deployment of Zhou Zong, ventilation and energy-saving products have been trial-produced from small batches to batches since October. Our production has been greatly improved.
