I. Leaders attach importance to: First of all, the provincial department of education, the foreign affairs office of the provincial people's government and other higher authorities. In the past year, the competent authorities at the higher levels have not only guided the work of foreign affairs in our hospital, but also strongly supported the foreign affairs work of our hospital. Second is the attention of party and government leaders at all levels in our hospital. Deepening the reform of the internal management system for more than a year, the foreign affairs management team of our hospital has matured day by day, and the business standards and work ability of the foreign affairs cadre team have been continuously strengthened. Fourth, strengthen the international exchange of Chinese medicine: In order to further expand the visibility of our hospital overseas and promote the world prosperity of Chinese medicine, in 2001, our school strengthened its international academic exchange activities. First of all, our hospital has received more than 20 visits from colleagues in the international medical community, and held various academic lectures several times. The contact and cooperation of the colleges and universities have also opened up the vision of the leaders and foreign affairs staff and teachers of our institute, which will help us further develop foreign exchanges and organize foreign affairs work.

V. Actively cultivate reserve talents for foreign exchanges: Under the organization and assistance of the Foreign Affairs Office of the College, the First Affiliated Hospital held the first professional English training course and trained a group of physicians who were basically competent for external teaching. The exchange and cooperation of Hanrui University in Korea, the Foreign Affairs Office of the College specially organized Korean minors, and the first batch of 45 students enrolled students, which achieved good results and caused great repercussions among students and teachers.

6. Strengthening external enrollment: In 2001, our hospital further received short-term interns, which led to a large-scale increase in number. A total of 11 interns were sent to Vancouver International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Canada, and two Dutch students were accepted for the first time; Eighteen American students came to our college to study for a master's degree or a bachelor's degree. Sixth, increased foreign affairs income: In 2001, the income of foreign affairs in our hospital increased significantly, and the total income of our institute was nearly 300,000 yuan, which was nearly 200,000 yuan more than the previous year, and basically achieved the goal of the year.
