2. When handling the urban house demolition procedures, sign the family planning contract with the project demolition entity to supervise and assist the developer and the local family planning department to complete the connection procedures.

3. When handling the procedures for the transaction of property rights in urban houses, check the family planning certificate and household registration of the purchaser and register the book, and notify the local family planning department of the planned family planning.

4. Check the lessee's family planning certificate and family planning contract when handling the urban house leasing formalities, and register the book to inform the local family planning department.

5. When the house is rented, check the plan for the floating population of the tenant, and sign the family planning contract with the lessee. Check at least 2 per year.
