Under the leadership and support of the Municipal Health Bureau and the higher authorities, the maternal and child health work of our hospital has been centered on “one law of the two laws” in the past year. a) Adhere to political and ideological education and strengthen the construction of medical ethics
Earnestly implement Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the three representatives, the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, take the opportunity of the hospital management year activities, strengthen the construction of medical ethics, and strive to improve the ideological and moral quality of employees, and all patients-centered, improve the quality of medical services. Standardize the behavior of medical services, safeguard the interests of the people, and build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
2) Strengthen business learning and improve the quality of obstetrics
Improving the quality of obstetric work is an important way to ensure medical safety and reduce maternal and neonatal mortality. Strengthen professional and technical personnel training, strengthen business learning, improve various business systems, strengthen various surgical procedures for obstetrics, and organize business weekly. Study twice, monthly medical staff write business learning abstract cards no less than 4 submissions to the quality control office evaluation.
3. Implementing the Maternal and Infant Health Care Law to protect the rights and interests of women and children in accordance with the law:
We have taken a variety of forms to study the Maternal and Infant Health Care Act and the Maternal and Infant Health Care Management Regulations in various forms, and conduct assessments. The passing rate of assessment is 100%. And in the obstetrics clinic and the baby-friendly area to set up a publicity column on maternal and child protection laws and regulations.
d) Actively carry out two systems management of women and children
1) Strengthen the system management of pregnancy and maternity. This year, we have 460 women, 460 system management, system management rate of 100%, postpartum visits of 460 people, and 100% visitivity. Strengthen the management of high-risk pregnancies. This year, there are 62 high-risk pregnant women, all of whom have been managed, monitored and tracked, and implemented a one-time post-natal and post-fee system. 2) Continue to carry out screening for neonatal diseases, increase publicity, and strive for patient understanding and support. The screening rate of neonatal diseases has reached more than 90%. Seriously do a good job in the visit of newborns. There are 463 live births in our hospital in the past year, 463 visits, and 100% visit rate.
3) Actively promote the breastfeeding knowledge. Patience education for pregnant women, teaching pregnancy, puerperal health knowledge and breastfeeding knowledge, and testing pregnant women. A total of 460 people were taught, the mission rate was 100%, and the test pass rate was 100%.
4) For pregnant women who come to our hospital for maternity examination, we will issue pregnancy health knowledge, breastfeeding knowledge brochures, health promotion columns in outpatient waiting areas and wards, and publicize maternal and child health knowledge, and change once every quarter. This year, four sessions will be held. There is a breastfeeding hotline in the hospital, a breastfeeding consultation clinic in the clinic, and a correct answer to the breastfeeding knowledge.
5) Establish a sound original registration and reporting system for women and children. Seriously do a good job in statistics on maternal and child health information, and complete the reporting of national and provincial reports on time, so that they are complete, accurate and timely.
6) Continuously improve the work of the baby-friendly hospital. Medical staff throughout the hospital often promote the benefits of breastfeeding for pregnant women, and provide breastfeeding help and guidance, and successfully implement the ten measures to promote breastfeeding in our hospital. The specific practices are as follows: 3 hours of recurrent training for the staff of the whole hospital, 3 hours of intensive re-training for key staff, and 18 hours of pre-job training for newly recruited staff, and regular assessments to ensure the results of the baby-friendly hospital Perfected and consolidated.
7) Take the patient as the center, implement the full-course responsibility system, and effectively implement the “one-on-one” delivery service to create a warm and home-like environment for the mother.
In the past year, although the maternal and child health work in our hospital has achieved certain results, it also has many shortcomings. In the future, we will strengthen business learning, continuously improve the quality of obstetrics, continue to improve and consolidate the results of the baby-friendly hospital, and strive to push the maternal and child health work of our hospital to a new level.
