My statement

According to the nomination of the mayor of the municipal government xxx, I will be the candidate for the city's commercial bureau, and the second meeting of the third session of the municipal people's congress will vote. I am honored to be a member of the city government. If the vote is passed, I also know that the burden and responsibility are heavy, and I feel pressure.

With economic globalization and China's accession to the WTO, accelerating the integration of domestic and foreign trade and promoting the coordinated development of domestic and foreign trade have become objective requirements. The city has the largest population and the largest area in the province. The trade and trade front is long and the network is dense. It is necessary to deepen the reform of the circulation system and establish a sound, unified, open, competitive and orderly market system. The task is arduous. At the same time, it will expand opening up and accelerate development and opening up. The sex economy has also put forward new and higher requirements for deepening the reform of foreign-related economic management systems and promoting the growth of foreign trade. The newly formed Business Bureau is a comprehensive functional department of the municipal government to implement integrated management of domestic and foreign trade in the new situation under the new situation. As a good business director, I have limited ability to know.

Although the ability is limited, I am willing to turn pressure into motivation and do my best; have the determination and confidence to perform my duties. This is because: First, there is the strong leadership of the municipal party committee and the correct guidance and supervision of the people's congress; second, there is a capable team in the domestic foreign trade circulation front. First, based on your position, focus on the overall situation, and strive to play the role of the department. Business work is an integral part of economic construction, and the development of business plays an important role in promoting the growth of the national economy. To this end, in my post, I must keep in mind the top priority of development, strengthen the sense of service and the overall situation, and earnestly implement the party and state line and principles and policies, and fully implement the work of the municipal party committee and municipal government with a high sense of professionalism and responsibility. Deploy, earnestly perform their duties, and actively organize and complete the tasks assigned by the department.

Second, emancipate the mind, forge ahead, and enhance the initiative and creativity of the department's work. First, we must strengthen the investigation and research around the requirements of deepening reform, expanding opening up, accelerating development and scientific development concept, and strive to realize the organic integration of foreign trade management within the city as soon as possible in the shortest possible time. Especially in the near future, in the face of institutional adjustments, functions and personnel integration, we must pay special attention to overall planning, actively do a good job in all aspects of work, avoid disjointed; effectively grasp the ideological work of personnel adjustment and merger, and maintain unity . Second, we must pay close attention to the research and formulation of the medium and long-term planning of the city's commercial circulation and foreign-related economic development, and propose major strategies, basic tasks and industrial policies for development, and serve the decision-making of the municipal government and the city's economic development. Third, we must work hard to transform the government's economic management functions. While fully implementing the city's business development macro-control, planning guidance, supervision and coordination, we must effectively transfer the economic management functions of this department to serve the main market players and create a good development environment. Fourth, we must actively explore and continuously introduce new measures to expand openness and invigorate circulation, enhance the vitality of the city's business development, and strive to make our city's business level into the forefront of the province during the term of office.

Third, consciously accept the supervision of the National People's Congress, earnestly implement the resolutions of the National People's Congress, and actively handle the NPC motion and representative recommendations. All resolutions and decisions made by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on business work must be implemented without compromise, and the implementation of the situation will be reported to the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress in a timely manner. Third, do not push and drag, and actively handle the NPC motion and representative recommendations. The recommendations of the National People's Congress, the Standing Committee of the Standing Committee, and the NPC deputies in the usual inspections, investigations, and inspections should be highly valued and handled carefully, so that the pieces are implemented, everything is echoed, and the quality of the handling is handled. Fourth, comprehensively strengthen self-construction and continuously improve the level of administration according to law.
