First, the ideological and political quality is high. The comrades are highly consistent with the municipal party committee and the municipal government, resolutely support the party's various principles and policies, adhere to the four basic principles, adhere to reform and opening up, and persist in arming themselves with Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the 'Three Represents.' Do study, talk politics, and be righteous.
Second, work hard, dare to fight hard, and be brave in innovation. Since serving as the minister of the Communist Youth League Committee and the Minister of the Propaganda Department, he has earnestly fulfilled the duties of the Minister of the Ministry of Education and the Minister of the Ministry of Propaganda, and has gone deep into the grassroots investigation and research to find effective ways to strengthen the work of the Young Pioneers and the construction of grassroots organizations in the new period. In terms of less work, the city’s Young Pioneers will guide the extensive implementation of the “Eagle Action” and “New Century I Can” experience education activities. The work of the Young Pioneers in the city has been greatly developed, and the comprehensive quality of children and adolescents has been further strengthened. On the aspect, the company led the city's various league organizations to adhere to the party building and group building, extensively carry out the advanced education of the members, and effectively strengthen the training of the group. The construction of the grassroots organizations of the city's group has been continuously strengthened, and the team building of the team has been further improved. In the past few years, the Communist Youth League Committee has been awarded the Provincial Organizing Award for the establishment of the May Fourth Red Flag Youth League Committee and the advanced collective of the Young Pioneers in the province. The work of the management has also been highly recognized by the municipal party committee, the municipal government and the provincial party committee.
While treating his work diligently and meticulously, the comrade also actively participated in various central work and large-scale activities of the Communist Youth League Committee. Third, the style is rigorous, and strictly demand yourself from all aspects. Life is not arrogant, rigorous style, obedience to discipline, honesty and self-discipline, do not invade the public, one point and one cent, do not accept bribes. Be modest and prudent, be good at listening to others' opinions, learn from others, and constantly improve yourself. Strictly discipline yourself, treat others with respect, respect leadership, and unite comrades.
Fourth, study hard and improve self-cultivation. On the one hand, it focuses on strengthening political theory learning, comprehensively and systematically mastering Marxism-Leninism Mao Zedong Thought, correctly learning and understanding the essence of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents", and bringing theory to practice and theory to guide practice. On the other hand, it pays attention to strengthening cultural knowledge learning. At present, it pays great attention to reading newspapers and magazines and learns from it. In 1993, it participated in the correspondence study of the Chinese Department of Huazhong Normal University at its own expense. At present, it also bought computers and went to the Internet to study computer knowledge. We will work hard to consolidate our cultural background from all aspects and actively meet the challenges of the WTO.
