The shortcomings of missing and participating in learning and education activities have mainly taken the following approaches:

First, grasp the investigation and ensure that the situation is fully and accurately grasped. In January, the county organized personnel to conduct a thorough investigation of the party members who participated in the first batch of advanced sex education activities, fully grasp the situation of the participants, and pay special attention to the situation of retired party members, mobile party members and sick members. It provides a basis for formulating learning plans, implementing learning measures, and conducting supervision and inspections, laying the foundation for ensuring that all party members participate in advanced education activities.

Second, grasp the propaganda and mobilization to ensure that the party members' ideological understanding continues to improve. After the completion of the county's advanced nature education work conference on January 18, 85 units participating in the batch of advanced education activities held a mobilization meeting before January 28 to mobilize all party members to actively participate in advanced nature education activities. Fourth, grasp the "send to school" and counterpart support to ensure that all retired party members and mobile party members participate. Our county clearly stipulates that all retired party members and mobile party members must participate in advanced education activities as ordinary party members. For sick patients who are hospitalized, who have flown to the field, or who have lived in the field for a long time, party members who have difficulties in participating in the unit's concentrated study and education activities use methods such as sending learning materials, taking back reading notes and feelings, and ensuring that the prescribed learning content is completed on time. For retired party members and units with a large number of mobile party members, it is required to carry out the "one-on-one, one-on-one-one" campaign in conjunction with the actual situation, establish a party member contact point, and one or several active party members are responsible for contacting a retired party member and flowing. Party members or sick hospital members help them to learn.

Fifth, grasp the system to ensure that it does not go through the game. In order to ensure that a lot of people participate in learning and education activities, so that learning is effective, our county has established a "remediation course" system and "weekly, weekly, weekly newspaper system." The "remediation course" system refers to the content of the party members who do not participate in the centralized study, examination, attending the party class, listening to the situation report or other learning and education activities as required, and supervise the supplementary study by the designated personnel at the designated time and at the designated place. The "Zhouxue, Zhoucha, Zhoubao" system means that all units must organize centralized study every Monday morning. The county liaison guidance group conducts inspection and guidance once a week.
