3.1 The secretarial office of the joint stock company is the centralized management department of the reception place of the joint stock company. It is responsible for defining the ownership of the management area of ​​the reception area, and guiding, inspecting and supervising the management of the reception place.

3.2 The Armed Security Department is responsible for traffic safety, security, and firefighting in the reception area.

3.3 Each department is responsible for the day-to-day management of the reception space within the area under its jurisdiction.

5.2 The secretarial office guides, inspects, and urges the management department responsible for the management of the premises to strictly enforce the “fixed person, fixed location, fixed inspection frequency, fixed acceptance criteria, and fixed inspection personnel”.

5.3 All departments shall do a good job in environmental sanitation, equipment, tools and signs in the area of ​​responsibility of the reception area, and strictly implement the “determination of responsible persons, fixed lots, fixed cleaning frequency, standard of acceptance and acceptance, and inspection of persons”.

5.4 The reception department will contact the relevant departments to use the reception place with the approved “Receiving Report Form”.

5.5 The reception department should urge the visiting personnel to consciously abide by the relevant provisions of the “Reception Management” to keep the premises clean and hygienic and to protect the facilities.

5.6 After the reception, the reception department shall clear the sundries and restore the facilities in the venue; notify the responsible department of the reception site to check the fire, lock the door and close the window; and return the work to the place.

5.7 The reception place is not borrowed in principle; if it is necessary, it must be reported to the company's leadership for approval.
