Developed and improved more than 20 systems including learning training, assessment rewards and punishments, target responsibilities, request reports, internal management, public commitment, integrity and self-discipline, regular meetings, statistics, and file management, compiled into a book, and a manual, realizing the system management People and management have effectively regulated administrative behavior.
The fifth is the standardization of work programs. The procedures for the placement of prisoners and the placement of the lawyers in the judicial system and the reporting procedures of the judicial office were uniformly issued to the institutes. The sixth is to record the standardization of the file.
