Second, the maintenance work situation and existing problems

According to the survey and analysis, the maintenance work faces many difficulties: insufficient maintenance funds, low degree of mechanization of maintenance, backward production and maintenance, and lags in the concept of maintenance workers; all factors have increased the difficulty of maintenance work to a certain extent, affecting the normal maintenance work. First, the city council allocated insufficient funds for maintenance, resulting in serious over-spending of daily maintenance costs. 3. The current maintenance and national highways of our bureau are decreasing year by year due to zoning and reconstruction, and the maintenance funds are also reduced.

4. 5. There is a phenomenon of over-compilation in the maintenance staff.
