First, earnestly implement the responsibility system for party style and clean government construction. Second, resolutely resist the phenomenon of running officials. It is strictly forbidden for the higher-level organization departments and relevant leaders to run officials and officials, and resolutely oppose the practice of seeking personal promotion capital. We must conscientiously implement the "Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Leading Cadres of the Party and Government", and the selection and appointment of government cadres must adhere to principles and strict procedures, and the collective decision of the party group should make a decision. Serious criticism and education should be carried out for officials who want to run officials, and the personnel department should record the case and insist on resisting the unhealthy trend of employing people.
Third, resolutely refuse to accept money. It is strictly forbidden to abide by the relevant provisions on honesty and self-discipline. It is strictly forbidden to accept cash, securities, payment vouchers and other benefits from management and service targets, subordinate units and units and individuals related to the exercise of their functions and powers. We must resolutely reject the money and submit serious criticisms, and it is difficult to refuse to accept the registration.
Fourth, strict requirements for relatives, children and staff around. We must not seek personal gains for relatives, children and staff around us in any form, and we must not greet relatives and friends in personnel arrangements, water conservancy contracting, materials, equipment supply, etc. All units of the city's water conservancy system encounter any situation in which they have to do things in the name of the leadership of the bureau. They must refuse and report to the party group in time.
5. It is strictly forbidden to use power for personal gains in economic activities. It is strictly forbidden to use the power in the city's water conservancy project construction, fund management and commercial land use right transfer, property rights transaction, government procurement and other market economic activities. It is strictly forbidden to intervene in the project construction, fund arrangement, project bidding and other economics of the water conservancy project. Activities, it is strictly forbidden to use the power to abuse the project, excessively allocate funds for water conservancy projects, and seek personal gain from it.
6. Vigorously carry forward the fine tradition of hard work. Don't be too big to do weddings and funerals, and don't take the opportunity to collect money. Resolutely stop the extravagant and wasteful behavior, take the lead in boycotting public funds, eating and drinking, and high-consumption entertainment activities. They are not allowed to participate in public tourism activities, and the grassroots cannot accept super-standard reception. Participation in any form of gambling is strictly prohibited.
