In order to strengthen the organizational structure of the company system, further develop and strengthen the party members of the company, maintain the vitality and vitality of the party organization, and promote the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the party building work of the company, in accordance with the Constitution of the Communist Party of China and the Working Rules for the Development of Party Members of the Communist Party of China. The relevant regulations are formulated in accordance with the actual situation of the company.

Article 1 Party organizations at all levels must take the advanced elements of communist enlightenment into the party as a regular and important task. It is necessary to proceed from the requirements of implementing the party's basic line, guided by the important thinking of the 'Three Represents', and aim to build a high-standard team of party members, and provide a strong organizational and ideological guarantee for the development of the company.

Article 2 The work of developing party members must conscientiously implement the policy of “adhering to standards, ensuring quality, improving structure, and developing with care”, and conduct leadership and planning.

Article 3 The development of party members must adhere to the principle of voluntary participation in the party and the principle of individual absorption, mature one and develop one.

Article 4 Party organizations at all levels shall, through in-depth and meticulous ideological and political work, raise the awareness of the party outside the party on the party and continuously expand the ranks of activists who demand membership in the party.

Article 5 Party organizations at all levels shall intensify their investigation and training of party activists. Special attention should be paid to the technical and business backbones with good moral character and outstanding performance as the key training targets. When the conditions are ripe, they will be absorbed into the party and strengthen the party organization.

Article 6 Party organizations at all levels shall designate one or two official party members to be the trainees of the activists who request to join the party, and take the absorption of their party lessons, participate in relevant activities within the party, assign them certain social work, and regular training. And other methods to train and educate them.

Article 7 The grassroots party committees must conduct centralized training on development targets. Mainly study the "Chinese Communist Party Constitution" and other files. If it is impossible to concentrate on training for objective reasons, the party organization shall arrange for them to study the designated files and do a good job of counseling.

Article 8 The development of party members shall be handled in strict accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Constitution of the Communist Party of China and the Rules for the Work of the Communist Party of China. Attention should be paid to the relevant meetings and discussions in the development process.

Article 9 The development of party members is a very serious matter. Party organizations at all levels of the company must attach great importance to and meticulously organize, do a good job in a down-to-earth manner, and lay a solid foundation for strengthening the party building of the company.
