To solve these problems, we must conduct in-depth exploration in the spirit of reform. Fine management requires almost the most demanding system. Every job, every detail, every process, anytime, anywhere, there must be a corresponding system to restrict and assess. If the answer is yes, the system construction does not meet the requirements of fine management. The fifth is to see if the role played by the client is more real. This problem can also be quantified. For example, if the company is satisfied with the ideological and political work of the party building, is it a positive impetus to the management of the business; seeing whether the workers and the public support the party building ideological and political work, can they talk about the staff’s heart and do things to the employees?
