Student organization is an important part of the school management system. Student organization activities are an important way to train and train students' comprehensive ability. 1. All levels of students at all levels of the school organize student unions: the student union is a student organization under the leadership of the school committee and is the bridge and link between the students of the school. The main duties of our student union are to closely cooperate with the school center, organize students to carry out ideological education activities, learning activities, rich and colorful cultural activities and social practice activities; maintain school rules and regulations, advocate good school spirit, study style, and promote inter-class and division Solidarity and communication between students, helping schools to build a good education and teaching order and a clean and elegant learning and living environment.

The Student Union of our school is a systematic organization, the esl grade, the first grade, the second grade, the third grade, the establishment of the grade student union, the international students set up the student union, and the school set up the student union.

Communist Youth League: The Communist Youth League is an advanced youth student organization under the leadership of the school party branch. It is a school where the majority of young people demand progress, exercise their minds, and hone their will. The main duties of the Communist Youth League of our school are: to implement the guiding ideology of the work of the Communist Youth League, to implement the resolutions of the higher-level regiments, to realize the tasks of the Communist Youth League; to understand the ideological dynamics of young students and the work of young people, and to guide the relevant work and policies of the school. Provide the basis for decision making.

2. Establishment and renewal of student organizations All levels of organizations must formulate the charter of the organization. After the charter is drafted, it must be reported to the school committee or its competent department for approval before activities can be carried out.

The Student Union and the Communist Youth League are the statutory organizations of the school. When other student organizations are established, the sponsor must submit the application for establishment, organization charter, and organization plan to the higher-level management department, and the announcement is established after the research and approval of the management department.

Once all types of organizations at all levels have been established, it is necessary to strictly implement the articles of association of the organization, formulate work plans, establish working systems and regulations, and report to the departments that manage the organization on a regular basis.

The student unions and league organizations will conduct elections in strict accordance with their respective regulations. The cadres of the student union federations and the cadres of the school league committees will be rescheduled at the end of May each year; the cadres of all grades will be completed at the end of September each year.

If other student organizations need to be re-elected, they shall be implemented in accordance with the statutes of the organization. If they decide to dissolve the organization, they shall submit an application to the competent department, and after the evaluation of the management department, the publication shall be dissolved and announced.

After the student council has been approved, the letter of appointment will be issued. After the student cadre expires, the certificate will be issued according to the program.

3. Conditions for the selection of student cadres The school adheres to the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality to select student cadres at all levels. Student cadres must have the following basic conditions:

Disciplinary students are not allowed to serve as student cadres during the period of disciplinary action; student officers are subject to disciplinary action during their duties and will be disqualified from cadre.

4. Selection of student cadres The student cadre cadre campaign is produced. The basic procedures are: school publicity positions, self-recommendation, Chinese and foreign teachers, and recommendation of the previous student council cadres, identification of candidates, public bidder information and work performance, candidate campaign speeches. , voting elections, school committee research, public opinion results, comments, announcements, appointments.

According to the charter of the regiment, the Communist Youth League cadres are elected by the Communist Youth League, and the school branch of the school passes the report and reports to the higher-level group organization for approval.

Other student organization cadres shall be executed in accordance with the articles of association of the organization, and the appointment and removal of cadres shall be announced by the Consular Section, the Academic Affairs Office or its competent department.

The cadre of the class committee shall be responsible for organizing the selection by the consul, and the director of the grade shall approve and issue a notice.

The school regularly or irregularly evaluates the student cadres and evaluates their work; the student cadres are subject to disciplinary action during the term of office, and the student cadres are disqualified according to the procedure.

5. Training of student cadres The training of student cadres is under the direct leadership of the school committee. The general consular office is responsible for the specific organization and implementation. At the beginning of each semester, the organization organizes centralized training once, and regularly organizes job training and training.

The centralized training is mainly on the training of ideological quality, business ability, work art and so on. Before each concentration training, the Consular Section must plan ahead in advance, arrange specific time, and specify specific training locations. 6. Student organizations and their personal files All student organization materials, plans, activity records, meeting minutes, summaries, training records, etc. are filed in the Consular Section or the Academic Affairs Office.

Student cadre archival materials, files are created at the Consular Section and maintained for continuity, and student profiles transferred to the school archives at the end of the school year

7. The student cadres commend the student cadre work experience and write the student leader credits in the personal growth record.

If the work performance is outstanding, the group or the school will report and commend it, and recommend it to the provincial and municipal governments as outstanding student cadres.
