Personal style rectification and rectification measures

Second, the problems and deficiencies
1. Learning is not enough. Learn this today, learn it tomorrow, and know everything and know nothing. The knowledge you learned is not systematic and not deep. I have a high level of understanding of the importance of learning, and I can’t implement it.
2. The awareness of innovation is not strong enough. Looking at the specific work habits of using books, not good at combining with practical work, having dogmatism, book-oriented tendency, dare to try to dare, and seek new and change is not strong enough.
3. The working method is not enough. If you look at the affair yourself, you will not hold on, or even be self-righteous, not good at drawing on the opinions of others. The ability of individuals to adapt to problems is relatively poor, and they are not flexible enough to deal with problems, and there are not enough methods.
4. The lack of criticism and self-criticism in style, dare not criticize others in the middle of a colleague, even if they have different opinions, they are not willing to disclose their opinions. Because they have less enthusiasm, they dare not boldly reflect the opinions of the people to the party organizations. And demand, did not try to maintain the legitimate interests of the people. Self-requirement is not strict enough.
5, the person is not fine enough. Waiting for people to pick up things, not paying attention to details and sections. People and things that are not right or uncomfortable are hated. Sexual urgency, sometimes speaking without careful consideration, going straight, people can not accept, and even cause misunderstanding.
Third, the goal of rectification
1. Strengthen the ideals and beliefs of communism, firmly establish the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, and conscientiously be the advocates and practitioners of the three important ideas.
2. Further emancipate the mind, update concepts, and enhance development awareness, service awareness, and competition awareness.
3. Enhance the consciousness of learning, comprehensively improve their own quality, improve their self-management ability, and strive to be an advanced and disciplined model of learning.
4. Inherit the glorious tradition of the party, carry forward the work style of pragmatism, pioneering, hard work, and innovation, and strive to create excellent performance in the position of work with honest, standardized, fair and efficient work standards.
Fourth, the measures for rectification are to study theoretical knowledge in depth. Systematically learn the knowledge of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, improve the basic ability to understand, analyze and solve problems; conscientiously study the party's theory, strengthen the ideals and beliefs, strengthen the sense of purpose, correct the working attitude, and stimulate the motivation of work.
The second is to fully learn business knowledge. Study your own business knowledge in a solid way, look at the essence through the phenomenon, grasp the inherent laws in the work, and consciously act according to the law. Work hard to learn modern science and technology knowledge and keep up with the times. The combination of learning and use constantly enhances the ability to serve the people.
The third is to study the rules and regulations frequently. Regularly study the various rules and regulations of the unit and the knowledge of party discipline, political discipline, and regulations, and constantly enhance the awareness of discipline and responsibility, and consciously make the alarm bells scream and strictly obey the rules.
Fourth, regular self-criticism is carried out. Summarize your own study, work and thoughts in stages, mainly to find problems and deficiencies, check and correct, blame yourself, and strictly demand yourself, no longer "not as an example", to prevent micro-duration.
