New teacher three-year growth plan
The process of growth is painful and hard, and the joy of success is sweet. However, the distance between growth and success is so long. For a young teacher who has just stepped onto a job, it is a price to pay a step to become a dazzling star.
The three-year plan, which is written every year, sets goals for itself every year. But think carefully about how much you plan to do. I am confused. Maybe it’s too high a plan for myself. There are few things that are always implemented. I began to reflect on what I learned in the past year and a half, and what I did? Some things I felt good at the time but I regretted not doing it well afterwards. There is no regret in the world, and I have no chance to come back again. It can only be done better on the existing basis. The three-year plan is now summarized as follows:
First of all, science prepares lessons and is highly effective. Preparing lessons seems simple, but it is hard. Since the second part of the English subject has been implemented, the content of the text is simple, but the knowledge involved is quite complicated. Students feel very simple and don't have to do it at all. So there is no interest at all. Looking at the students' classless look, I feel very painful in my heart. Such a classroom fails when the classroom. So how to prepare for science is the biggest challenge I am facing now. The teacher who experienced also said that preparing lessons is not the knowledge in the books. The key is to prepare students, how to make them understand, love to learn, to learn. Second is the efficiency of the classroom. Perhaps for the sake of personality, students always feel that the rhythm of the class is not compact enough, and they do not let them feel nervous but happily learn. This is a mistake in the classroom. For a year and a half, I have not yet grasped the essence of teacher teaching practice. Lack of experience and innovation is the most important. Therefore, in the past three years, we must first learn how to prepare lessons in science and how to teach classes efficiently.
Secondly, learn all aspects of knowledge, broaden your horizons, and work hard on students' English extracurricular activities. Usually I always pay attention to the English learning of students in the classroom. As for after class, I have never considered organizing various extracurricular activities for students. English is to be more vocal, just let students learn book knowledge, and it is not feasible to practice the pen. Therefore, in the next three years of work, I will strengthen this aspect of learning, learn more about English extracurricular knowledge, and strive to do a good job of English extracurricular activities for students.
Finally, deal with the relationship with the students. I am a cheerful person, easy to approach them. Students feel that I am a good person. I am easy to get along but not arrogant, so students are not afraid of me. I have been thinking about how to deal with my relationship with students. My biggest headache. I tried to talk to the old teachers, but I have not made progress. So in the days to come, I will reflect on it and ask the experienced teachers.
