Emergency plan for safety work of cultural and art festival activities


In order to make the festival activities go smoothly, ensure the personal safety of teachers and students, the safety of school property, and implement safety work in a safe manner, especially when various safety emergencies occur, they can be properly and effectively dealt with, and this emergency plan is specially formulated to prepare for it. Please study hard in all rooms and grades, and do your best to prevent problems before they happen.

First, the leadership

1. Establish a safety leadership team for the festival and clarify its responsibilities

Team leader: Zhang Zhensheng's responsibilities: responsible for checking and supervising the implementation of safety work, and taking overall responsibility for the safety of the activities.

Deputy leader: Yao Shantong's responsibilities: responsible for checking and supervising the implementation of security work, and taking responsibility for leadership safety.

Sun Qingmei's responsibilities: responsible for drafting various safety measures and systems, responsible for inspecting and supervising the class teacher's management of students during the event, and responsible for the emergency evacuation of the stage students in the event of an emergency.

Hu Shuhong's responsibilities: responsible for checking and supervising the discipline and safety of the students at the venue, responsible for checking and supervising the management of the class teachers during the activities, and responsible for the emergency evacuation of the students at the venue.

2. The responsible persons of safety of each department must strictly perform their respective duties.

3. In the event of a major safety incident, immediately organize and relevant personnel to enter the scene to carry out rescue and after-treatment work.

4. Responsible for reporting the specific circumstances of the accident to the Culture and Education Bureau in the first time.

5. The responsible persons of each department are responsible for the decision-making and handling of specific program measures and major issues, and organize implementation, organization and coordination, investigation and handling.

Second, the security emergency plan:

1. Each class teacher should do a good job in the safety education and safety measures of the students before the event.

2. The Ministry of Political Affairs and Education and the Legislative Affairs Office must plan the activities in advance to ensure the safety of the activities.

3. The logistics office should carefully check the safety passages and power supply facilities of the event venue. If there is a safety hazard, stop the activity.

4. The heads of departments and the head teachers of each class should organize and manage the order of students entering and leaving the venue.

5. The class teacher assists in the management of student discipline during the course of the activity. The class teacher is primarily responsible for the consequences of the absence of private leave from the venue.

6. In order to leave the designated position of the class in the activity, the student must agree with the class teacher and prohibit free action.

7. Sudden incidents during the event: Responsible teachers should be calm and self-sufficient. The commanding class teacher should do a good job of stabilizing the students and organize the students. According to the arrangement of the general commander of the activities, the students will be evacuated in an orderly manner and reported to the relevant leaders and superiors.
