Article 1 Business Agreement
1.1 Party A entrusts Party B to develop and produce Party A's handwriting and writing files according to the handwriting provided by Party A, specifically:

Article 2 Rights and obligations of both parties
2.1 Party A shall, in accordance with the requirements of Party B, fill in the special copybook as required, and hand it over to Party B.
2.2 After the signing of this Agreement, Party A shall submit the advance payment to Party A on time. If Party A delays the delivery date due to Party A's payment, Party A shall bear the responsibility.
2.3 Party A has the right to request Party B to provide good after-sales service. Includes the addition of special fonts and long-term maintenance.
2.4 Party A has the right to request Party B to protect the security of Party A's fonts, and shall not arbitrarily spread it; Party A owns the ownership of the font.
2.5 Party B must produce the finished product and deliver it to Party B within ______ business days after receiving the sample of Party A's font. The customer who uses the mailing font file shall be postmarked.
2.6 Party B shall ensure the quality of the products and strictly follow the production standards to ensure the consistency of the hand-made and hand-written handwriting.
2.7 Party B has the right to request Party A to provide samples of fonts on time.
2.8 Party B is only responsible for the development of hand-written font files and is not responsible for the use of the fonts.
Article 3 Other Agreements
3.1 During the term of the agreement, if the two parties change, they shall be settled in a friendly and cooperative manner. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by the parties shall be submitted to the _________ Arbitration Commission. arbitration.
3.2 Matters not covered by this Agreement shall be implemented by the parties in accordance with relevant laws or by negotiation, and the parties may sign a supplementary agreement.
