Description:

1. The scope of the written contract signed by the contractor and the repairee: the overhaul of the automobile, the major assembly overhaul, the secondary maintenance and the maintenance fee of more than one thousand yuan.

2. This contract is officially in duplicate, and is signed and approved by the contractor.

3. This contract maintenance fee is the estimated cost. At the time of settlement, the maintenance time and bill of materials shall be settled according to the actual amount incurred.

4. In the course of repair, the repairer shall notify the repairing party in writing when other faults need to be added to the maintenance project and extend the repair period. The repairer must give a written reply within ___ days after receiving the notice. Otherwise it is considered consent.

5. When the contractor and the repairee sign this contract, they shall be based on the provisions of the “Regulations on the Implementation of the Automobile Maintenance Contract”.
