Every day, 24 hours is required to closely observe the patient's mind, pupils, and breathing. Therefore, the neurosurgical nurse must have skilled nursing techniques. Good psychological quality, learning self-regulation, self-reduction, which makes me feel scared and anxious, can I take up the major responsibility of observing the condition, can I do a nurse in neurosurgery?

Because the therapeutic relationship is centered on the needs of patients, in addition to the above factors such as general life experience, the quality, professional knowledge and technology of the nurses will also affect the relationship between the treatment and the patient and the patient.

How to establish a good relationship between nurses and patients, I think we should pay more attention to some details of the service. Intravenous trocar puncture greatly improves the convenience, efficiency and quality of nursing operations, and ensures timely replenishment of fluids, drugs and blood through the venous access during surgery. In short, preoperative visits provide a good foundation for successful surgery, and adherence to the postoperative visit system is conducive to our summary and improvement work. Through postoperative visits, the patient is very satisfied with our intraoperative care work.
