For those of us who participated in this kind of practice for the first time, we have gained a lot in this mock court. First of all, applying theory to practice is our greatest achievement. For those books on the court: trial preparation, court hearings, court investigations, court debates, court mediations, collegial panel comments, and publication of judgments, it seems particularly abstract and difficult to understand. But after the operation of this specific trial, we have a more emotional understanding and mastery of these abstract programs. And we have encountered various problems in each program. Through the one-on-one problem, we have a deeper understanding of the application of litigation in practice. This is not learned in the classroom. It is an experience. accumulation.

Not only do we have a deeper understanding of the program, but we also have a new understanding of the entity. Our case in the mock court involved contractual disputes and damages. After understanding the case, we reviewed a large number of legal works, legal articles and related judicial interpretations on contracts and liability, and then conducted an in-depth analysis of a case. In the process of analysis, we deeply understand that combining the theoretical knowledge we have learned with specific cases is not as simple as we imagined. I remember the teacher said that the understanding of the law is not only about its proficient expression, it is only a basic requirement, and more importantly, how to use it in front of the case, so that it is beneficial to the case. At that time, it was very simple to listen to the teacher, but it was not. This practice makes us feel that it is also a worthwhile study to use the legal theory and legal knowledge learned in the classroom to solve practical problems.

Secondly, another major achievement is that we deeply feel the fairness, justice, openness of the law and the firm belief in the law. In court, the solemnity and seriousness tell people that the law is fair, and everyone is equal before the law. At the same time, people's reverence and trust in the law have further sublimated. In this mock court, I acted as the plaintiff. The plaintiff’s desire for the law and their fairness made me deeply feel that the law is a powerful weapon for people to protect their rights and interests. It is a feeling that has never been seen before. Seeing the serious expression of everyone in the court, let us deeply feel how solemn and sacred the law is before us.

Finally, one thing that cannot be ignored is that in this event, everyone’s joint efforts have made us feel the power of unity. During the preparation period, we encountered many difficulties and brought us a lot of resistance. But this did not bring us down, but let us be more united, unity is power. Whenever we overcome a difficult problem together, we are so fulfilled. I remember that after a period of preparation, we invited a legal professional teacher to give us a brief comment. The teacher was very satisfied with our activities. At that time, our mood could not be expressed in words. It was that our joint efforts were recognized. This practice made me feel that I was not just attending an event. In our future work, teamwork seemed so important.

During the mock court activities, I deeply understood the necessary steps in the court trial and applied the substantive law for the first time.
