First, the prelude

As the student leader of a team, I participated in the whole process of the event, including participating in the preliminary program writing, and being responsible for contacting the practice place of the countryside---Guangzhou Yuyan Middle School, which is a lot of experience.

In April 2019, the preparatory preparations for the summer social practice activities in Sanshou Township in 2019 officially kicked off. As a member of the Youth League Committee Practice Department, I became the head of the team of the Youth League Committee. I have never been a heavy responsibility. Unprecedented pressure, but at the time there was a national brother who had been helping me through one problem after another. The practice of Sanxia Township is a top priority. My brother and I will screen one by one, and finally selected Yuyan Middle School in Luogang District, Guangzhou. Perhaps many people can't understand why a school in Guangzhou is chosen as a practical place, but there is a reason for choosing this place. The main reason is that Luogang District is a new development area. People's living standards have not been followed, and jade. Yan Middle School is a newly built school with a variety of facilities that are suitable for us to carry out computer courses. However, choosing a school in Guangzhou means that we have chosen more difficulties. We have encountered many difficulties in our contact with the school. Fortunately, we have all solved the difficulties one by one.

This year's megatrend is a research topic. In order to cater to the mainstream, we have set the team's category in the subject research. Compared with the teaching assistants, the research on the subject is much more difficult. Under the efforts of other team members, after continuous revision, the final research plan was finally completed.

After a long period of two months, with the joint efforts and common help of all of you, there have been many difficulties and pressures in this process, but they have all passed away.

Since it is a prelude, of course, it is also necessary to prepare before going to the countryside. On July 17, the preparations for our team before going to the countryside also began in full swing. According to their respective strengths and characteristics, we are divided into 8 groups, teaching group, research group, logistics group, propaganda group, entertainment group, shooting group, research group, communication group, many people are multi-tasking, but Everyone is doing their own preparations in an orderly manner. The teaching team is busy making courseware, lesson plans, etc. The logistics team buys materials and contacts chartered vehicles. The propaganda group makes posters and banners..... Each group is preparing for the final preparation before going to the countryside. Every day is very busy. But every day has been very fulfilling.

The prelude to the countryside came to a close on July 22nd, but it made me feel the power of the team. Although the prelude was hard, I got a lot of gains from it.

Second, when

On the afternoon of July 23, 2019, our group of people came to the destination of the countryside, Guangzhou Yuyan Middle School to carry out our five-day summer social practice activities.

Because I have been to the school twice before, I am not surprised by the modern and beautiful campus of this school like the rest of the team, but in all fairness, the environment of this school is really good, dormitory, dining hall All are very good. It can be said that there is no difficulty in accommodation and food. The school is OK for us.

In fact, during this trip to the countryside, I was only a member of the communication team. Because the communication group has fewer things in the process of going to the countryside, I also took up the responsibility of the mobile group. The so-called maneuver, that is where I need to be, where I am going to appear, so I often travel through various groups. However, because our team is mainly based on research, my main task is to help the research team complete the research task.

Because of the research, I am often out of school, so the relationship with the children is naturally unfamiliar, without them and the education team is so familiar. However, in the short four days of contact, the group of first-year children gave me a very deep impression, optimistic and cheerful, small and big, and alert and lively, this is my impression of them. It may be because they are in Guangzhou, seeing a lot more things than I used to, and getting more exercise than me. In short, they are very different from my previous years. They all have their own ideas and are very daring. Take one of the children, Cao Rui, for example. He talked about the truth of life. It’s really the head and the road. I have kept all of our college students. To be honest, I admire him. Although I have little contact with the children and the contact time is short, I was a little bit sad when I was separated. I think I should be more difficult to forget the experience of being with the children. I am very happy and very happy.

Research is not so easy compared to the ease of playing with children. In the initial stage of the investigation, we encountered difficulties due to the incompatibility of the residents when the government and enterprises were not contacted. Especially in the first two days, the survey did not go smoothly. The worst thing is that 24 and 25 are weekends. Government enterprises do not go to work and waste a lot of time. The most memorable thing is the 24th. It was the first time I went out to study with the research team. In the afternoon, we walked through the entire commercial street and walked for five hours before completing more than 10 questionnaires. Many interviews, the refusal and cold face encountered during the period were numerous, until we finally numb the rejection of others.

In the few days since the beginning of the survey, the unsuccessful research progress has almost killed all of us. Fortunately, God saw our efforts and saw our efforts. In the last two or three days, our research progressed more and more smoothly. Interviews between enterprises and governments are difficult problems in research. After the efforts of the research team members, they finally interviewed the government and enterprises. No. 27 is the last day of going to the countryside. Because the task of teaching has been completed on the 26th, we all dispatched the investigation task on the 27th. At this time, I once again deeply felt the unity of the team and realized the sentence - the power of people Big. After everyone's joint efforts, we finally successfully completed all the tasks of going to the countryside on the afternoon of the 27th.

Third, the finale

Packing up the luggage, the last time I looked back at the gate of Yuyan Middle School, and our group set foot on the road back to China.

This time I went to the countryside, I didn't have the hardships I imagined, and I didn't have the fun of my imagination, but it made me remember the memories of this life. This is my first time to go to the countryside, maybe not my last time, but I believe it will be my most memorable one. Here at Yuyan Middle School, I have harvested 16 friendships, harvested a precious memory, and won the blessings and misses of many lovely children, and gained many experiences and lessons from the event.

Maybe the preparation before going to the countryside is very hard. Maybe the activities in the countryside are very tired, but I think that I have harvested so many precious things and everything is worth it.......

Part 2: Experience in Sanxia Township

July, the season of harvest. On July 10, 2019, I participated in the Summer of the Entrepreneurship Association's three trips to the countryside. The eight-day trip to the countryside made me feel a lot and benefited a lot. This event was launched in the Tenth National Primary School of Qinzhou in Shangliu Village, Qinnan District, Qinzhou City. Although the eight-day time spent in the countryside is not long, it is also a week. In these eight days, the strength of our team of 26 people has gathered together and tasted the ups and downs. In the past, we were members of the association in this big family, but in many cases we all need to be together at work. This time we went to the countryside, we 26 people were eating big pots together, happy together, sweating together. When we came to Shangliu Village to go to the countryside, the villagers saw that we all wore the same clothes and were curious about us because they had never seen them.

The days of going to the countryside are tough, but we are tired and tired. Our team members are not tired. Because we are not locals in Qinzhou, some players do not understand the vernacular. When we go to the countryside, language communication is also a big problem for us. When we went to send leaflets and publicity activities that day, how to explain to the villagers, they have never seen such occasions, we have to explain to him clearly, our activities, in Mandarin, vernacular, tell them in detail They use the vernacular, we seem to understand and understand, but many times, they cooperate with our work and support our work.

The activities of going to the countryside are carried out in an orderly manner every day. Our teaching team has made progress in summing up the experience every day and successfully completed the task of teaching. On the evening of the 18th, it was the last day of our trip to the countryside. Together with the ten small students, we held a literary evening party that "walked into Qinzhou and had a small family of ten." Our literary evening was successfully performed with the support of all parties.

Three activities in the countryside, laughter, hard work and sweat, are vividly in sight. In the summer of 2019, the "three rural areas" social practice activities gave me a brilliant memory. I remembered the first time, the first time everyone had a big pot of rice, although sometimes it was not very delicious, but it was all labor, so it tasted good. For the first time, a dozen people slept together in that gloomy house. The feeling of that taste is hard to forget. Three trips to the countryside, I have added different colors to my university life, and I have been greatly tempered. I have experienced various setbacks and made me understand the truth: "I don't see the wind and rain, how to see the rainbow." It is a memory of my life.

This "three rural areas" activity has completely met my wishes in my conception. Although the time for the trip to the countryside was very short, under the leadership of the captain, each of our team members was full and meaningful. In each activity, we can reflect the style of our college students. I am attending a support team. Our team members carefully prepared a lot of preparation materials before departure, so that every activity can be prepared and purposefully carried out.

This event made me realize that "serving the society and implementing the self" is a joy in life. Society needs me. This "three to the countryside" event, each of our team members can care for each other. When I encounter difficulties, I always encourage me to defeat it. Part 3: Experience in the experience of the three countryside

At 8 o'clock on the morning of July 7, our xx college psychological volunteer service team concentrated in front of the xx dormitory and started to go to the xx city of Sanxia. After more than a minute of bumps, we moved to the xx town nursing home. Although the road is far away, we need to change the car several times and wait for the bus, but on this road, the captain Luo Yuanling is very caring for everyone, not only busy calling to ask for the road, but also busy organizing everyone, responsible for everyone. Safety. She was really hard on the way. I was deeply touched from the beginning of Sanxiang Township!

When we first entered the gate of the old people's home, we were warmly welcomed by the president of the nursing home. The dean brought us into the living room of the old people and let us meet the old people. Old people are very happy to see us, and we are very excited. We entered into the circle of the elderly and exchanged face-to-face with them, reaching into their inner world and daily life. The old people are locals in xx city, mainly speaking Hakka, but the old people have rich experience and can understand Mandarin and Cantonese. Although the place is different, the language is a bit different. We may use the Hakka words with the accent of the hometown. Chat with the elderly or chat with them in Mandarin Cantonese. I mainly chat with an old woman. She is still in good physical condition. She is quite satisfied with her life. She is more comfortable and cheerful. We are more happy. The old people mainly talked with us about their current situation of life, food and clothing, and told us about their troubles and misfortunes in their lives. Because the old people are mostly lonely old people or five-guarantee households, their life experiences are more tragic. When they talk about dead children or some other sad things, they can’t help their emotions, crying and telling us the pain in their hearts. . We provide an opportunity for the elderly to speak, so that the elderly can have the object of listening and vent their unhappiness. As the captain Yuan Ling said, in fact, we don't need to say anything special, just talk to them and talk!

While chatting, we interspersed with talents for the old people and brought joy and talents to the old people. Through the various talent performances of the players, including singing red songs and talking to each other, the elderly in the nursing home can see the vitality of our generation and mobilize the atmosphere. Then some of us continue to chat with the elderly and some people go to help the old people to clean. Although it is very dirty, everyone is forbearing, not afraid of suffering and not tired, creating a clean and tidy living environment for the elderly. Finally, we took a group photo with the old people and reluctantly left the nursing home.

Old people are really too lonely, need someone to accompany, someone cares. It is very meaningful for us to visit the elderly people in the old people's homes. We care for the elderly and care for the elderly. We carry forward the fine traditions of the Chinese nation, bring joy to the old people of the old people's homes, drive away the inner loneliness, and let the players understand health from another angle. The quality that the soul needs is more loving, caring and respecting more old people around us.

At 3:0 pm, we distributed a leaflet for the July 8th activity to the residents around the People’s Park Square, as well as a questionnaire about psychological awareness, in addition to doing enough publicity for the next day’s activities. Residents know in advance about the activities and the significance of the activities. They also hope that through relevant investigations, we can better understand the level of awareness of health psychology among township people and help us to carry out future activities.

The questionnaire was not as easy as it was supposed to be, because the problem was set too professionally, and the residents of the villages had limited understanding and did not achieve the desired results. However, the residents are very hospitable and give us the seat to pour tea. They are also very good at getting along with family and friends. They are also satisfied with their lives. They are more or less worried about life instability because of economic reasons such as high prices and inflation.

On July 8th, we conducted outdoor fixed-point activities in People's Park Square in xx City.

The fixed-point activity consists of five parts:

1. Psychological knowledge exhibition. Through the exhibition of psychological knowledge posters, including some inspiring psychological knowledge, as well as some psychological interest. Visually give the general public an impact, and further expand the effectiveness of publicity, in order to attract everyone's attention, while raising everyone's attention to their mental health, as well as the level of psychological knowledge.

2. Set up a consultation activity. Set up on-site consultation points to further narrow the distance from the general public. Let everyone understand what psychological counseling is, and then eliminate the mystery of psychological counseling, analyze the doubts of the general public, and mobilize residents to participate in activities to pay attention to the enthusiasm of the soul.

3. Banner signing event. The banner has a clear and clear publicity effect. Holding a banner signing event on the spot can let the general public friends release their troubles and understand the importance of mental health, indicating their attitude towards supporting mental health education activities.

4. Distributing leaflets, small card leaflets, and small cards are well-known cheap and effective means of publicity. They distribute leaflets and bookmarks with other relevant information such as psychological knowledge, so that the general public can remember some simple and easy-to-understand. Psychological knowledge is more effective in popularizing psychological knowledge.

5. Psychological test. Through some interesting and simple psychological tests, you can stimulate the public's curiosity about the mysterious world of psychological knowledge, and thus more understanding and contact with psychological knowledge.

We have encountered many difficulties in outdoor fixed-point activities. Due to the high temperature and hot weather, the people who came to participate in the event did not expect much. Later, due to the sudden storm, our fixed-point activities were damaged to a certain extent. Everyone had to re-arrange the venue and continue activities after the storm stopped.

Through this trip to the countryside, we have enhanced the feelings of our teammates. We are more united and tacit. I have learned a lot! I am really grateful for this trip to the countryside, and I will definitely participate in more similar and meaningful. Social practice activities!
