The teacher’s home visit brought warmth to the students and brought warmth to the parents. During my home visit, I also learned that a considerable number of parents are busy with their livelihoods and rarely look after and supervise their children. This makes our responsibility on the shoulders even heavier. We can't choose parents. We can only choose different education methods to treat these children who need us more. Many parents have said that the teacher said that the child will listen to it. The teacher as a student is also particularly moved by this sentence, the teacher's charm has no limits. Of course, I am happy, we need to pay more. At the same time, let us further understand the different influences of different parenting education methods on the growth of children. Parents with higher education know how to study and guide their children. Most of these parents will develop good habits. Strong self-consciousness. Parents who discipline their children will teach their children how to behave. Children's character will generally not have much problems. A family that is too fond of one's own children; as the child grows older, the courage is also big, and some families have already appeared in a situation that they will not manage or manage. In response to these situations, we have a heart-to-heart relationship with parents, some have given affirmation and praise, some have discussed together, some have used good educational examples to analyze parents, euphemistically pointed out the problems of their education, and explored educational measures to make students convinced. Oral, parents are also happy to cooperate.
During the home visits during this time, I deeply realized that home visits are very beneficial to both teachers and parents. Parents can understand the performance of students in all aspects of the school and the requirements of the students. The teacher can understand the students. The situation in all aspects of the family and the performance of the students in the family. Only through home visits, we can understand some hidden problems by entering the students' life, and find out the root causes of the formation of students' bad behaviors, so that we can start from the roots, prescribe the right medicine, further strengthen the education of the students, and achieve the combination of home and school. The five-day backbone teacher training has benefited a lot. The training is different from any previous training. As a member of the overall level of teachers, I certainly cherish this rare opportunity. At the opening ceremony of the training class, the leaders of the bureau made important speeches. Therefore, we should pay more hard work, study hard, and live up to expectations.
During these five days of training, I listened to many wonderful lectures, which gave me strong infections and deep theoretical guidance. I constantly reflected on the shortcomings of my previous work and exchanged and discussed with the teachers who were jointly trained. The vision of learning has updated the concept of education. As a backbone teacher, we must emphasize reflection on learning, propose self-learning, self-professional development plans, write educational notes, experience summaries or essays, etc., and enhance ourselves in all aspects.
I am a young teacher. I can imagine in various aspects. I once wanted to make a breakthrough, but I don’t know how to start. I have never thought about it in terms of personal growth. Over time, my feelings are like this, even let I am in the time when my monk hits the clock. After studying here, my whole person has changed. I am surrounded by an inexplicable excitement. I have a kind of excitement that I can’t say, I know how wasteful I was. I know that I have to think, I can't work like I did.
How should the teacher's road go? How to do it as a backbone teacher? Through this study, I suddenly became more and more cheerful. Here are some aspects of my experience gained through training:
(1) Teachers must change roles. First of all, teachers should establish a new concept of teacher-student relationship, that is, transform the traditional teacher-student view of "teacher-only" from the traditional educators, and build a new type of equality between the two subjects of mutual understanding, mutual respect and mutual trust. Democracy, cooperation.
Be a reflective teacher. A few days of training, the most heard is: a teacher writes a lifelong lesson plan, not necessarily a famous teacher, and writing two years of reflection, will become a famous teacher. Teachers should regard continuous learning as the source and driving force for their own development. We should implement learning in our own teaching practice, combine learning with practical teaching, and strive to explore new methods of education and teaching. While enriching their professional knowledge, they are widely involved in various social sciences and natural sciences to better adapt to the needs of students, and to improve themselves and work towards better goals by summing up experience. It is necessary to make full use of modern information and communication technologies, continuously expand learning resources and learning space, and keep abreast of the latest developments in the professional field and other fields.

Students living in modern schools not only hope that teachers become the guides for them to enter the scientific hall, but also hope that teachers will become their sincere, frank, and ignorant friends. To become a close friend of a student, teachers must first respect the students and treat them as a person with independent personality. Secondly, treat each student equally, create a democratic, relaxed and harmonious learning atmosphere, listen carefully to the students' opinions, and satisfy the students. Reasonable requirements.
