When I registered the accounting vouchers, I thought I was no stranger to the documents, but I still made mistakes in the actual operation. For example, the amount of the debit account was written to the credit subject. Stub and forget to write the date and so on, as well as in the process of writing the entries, the feelings are all learned in the study of theoretical knowledge, it seems relatively simple, but when it is really their turn to do it, it is full of mistakes. Sometimes I misunderstood the position of the amount column. It is clearly written in thousands of places, resulting in a number error, sometimes forgetting to write a detailed account of the accounting subject, and sometimes not canceling the blank amount column. Sometimes when you check out, especially the three-column account, because the number of detailed items is too large, the amount column is compact and you will fill in the wrong numbers. However, after a few days of familiarization, the error is slowly reduced, and the speed of manual operation is also improved. Although the training has been busy every day for a few weeks, it is very fulfilling every day.

Experience and experience: Through this simulation experiment, we have cultivated our practical hands-on ability and shortened the distance between textbook knowledge and actual work. And understand that the most important point of accounting staff is to be careful. For dealing with a lot of numbers every day, you can't make a little mistake. Accountants should always pay attention to the understanding of accounting standards, changes in accounting regulations, and must clearly understand the changes in tax rates, ratios, and national policies. They must strictly demand themselves in their work.

In addition, I believe that if in the future training, such as three people in the group can be composed of cashier, accounting, accounting executives. Implement a rotation system, change one position each week, and have a simulated bank, company, tax department, etc. It may be more vivid and more realistic.
