After a day of factory visits and practice, I really learned a lot of things other than textbooks. It really benefits a lot!

In this process, I learned a lot of things from ignorance to cognition to deep understanding. At the same time, I gradually became fond of this new profession. I feel that the process of learning is the best. In the internship life, there will be new experiences and new feelings every day. I feel that all aspects of my life are improved to varying degrees every day, but the most important thing is the improvement of work ability.

I made the following points together:

1. Learn to stick to

No matter which factory or company internship, we will not let us do any work at the beginning, but watch the study. The short time is a few days, and the long time is a few weeks. Therefore, during this time, you will generally feel bored and do nothing, and you may have the idea of ​​leaving. But this time is the most important stage. At this stage, we will learn a lot of useful things outside the textbook, so we must learn to persist and persistence is victory!

2. Be diligent

When we go to the factory or company for an internship, we generally don't arrange important things for us to do. Therefore, at this time we will be very leisurely, but we have to take the initiative to find some small things to do, nothing more than some insignificant miscellaneous, but it is through the diligent work that may attract the attention of the leaders, and constantly gain the appreciation and trust of the leaders, gradually arranged Do something important and gradually get the leadership reuse!

3. Listen more, see more, think more, do more, say more

Since what we have learned in our textbooks is only some theoretical knowledge and lack of specific time operations, we have to learn with humility. Listen to the guidance of others, look at other people's operating procedures, think more about how to start, and then do it yourself. If you don't understand, ask someone to ask more. Only in this way will you gradually become familiar with your work and learn the true skills!

4. To adjust the mentality

As soon as I arrive in a new environment, I may be neither familiar nor fit, and at the same time, I may complain because of the hardship of the environment. This will not only affect your work mood, but also may not work well, but also increase your own pressure, and even affect your colleagues. Therefore, we must adjust our mentality, look at the good side everywhere, and abandon the bad side, so that we will be passionate about work!

5. Be open-minded

Due to the new work, we are neither familiar nor knowledgeable, so it is a bit difficult to start working. Therefore, we must learn with humility, and we will not ask leaders and colleagues for study. When others ask us for advice, we must also accept it with humility and discuss it together!

6. Try to make fewer mistakes

When I first work, I will inevitably make some mistakes, but we will learn from this mistake and learn lessons. The first time you make a mistake, it is not advisable to make the same mistake again. Therefore, we must be cautious, careful, and make fewer mistakes!

Article 2: Visiting the experience

In order to practice corporate social responsibility, help us grow, and let us experience and feel a new corporate environment, broaden our horizons, enrich our knowledge, and probably understand the latest developments, management concepts and talents of the company. My words and deeds, my mother helped me sign up for the 'First Child Visiting Corporate Activity'.

Early in the morning, we came to the Hui Neng Vocational Training School and started a one-day tour schedule.

First of all, we conducted communication and cooperation training games and fun competitions under the auspices of Huineng Vocational Training Teachers. The whole activity took 1.5 hours, which benefited me a lot. I understand the importance of team communication and the certainities that managers should have. Ability, as the trainer said: managers should draw pictures, clear and clear command, and so on.

Then, the training teacher took everyone to the second itinerary of the tour--Foshan Rich Auto Parts Co., Ltd. In the distance I imagined the appearance of the factory, the appearance inside and the tools used by the workers, which was particularly curious and exciting.

Entering the 'rich' factory, under the guidance of the factory supervisor, we came to the factory training room. As the air conditioner blows out the cool wind, we found the position we liked. We sat quietly and listened to the director of the factory. Some of the structure of the car and the role of certain parts. After lunch, the accompanying staff took us to visit the factory. Usually, we mostly saw the beautiful appearance of the car, but we didn’t know the internal structure of the car was very complicated. The parts inside were strange, like octopus, toys... I looked at the workers. The hard work looked like the strange smell of oil, and I felt very uncomfortable. I thought: How do these workers smell the bad smell and work hard?

At 2 o'clock in the afternoon, we came to Foshan Huaguo Optical Equipment Co., Ltd., just like the morning trip, first listen to the factory profile, the difference is that this factory is producing glass lenses. In a short while, we were divided into several teams and entered the 'Huaguo' site. This factory is very different from the 'rich' factory in the morning. The smell is even worse. Large and small lenses appear white under the light.

Time passed so fast, and I quickly ended the day's visit. I also felt a little tired, but I was quite happy. I still signed up for such an event in the future.

Through this day's visit, I feel profound and understand: the workers are very hard, I have to cherish the present life, study hard, and strive to be managers; my father and mother work very hard, it is not easy to raise me, I want to filial to them, no Live up to their expectations of me.

Part 3: Visiting the experience

In the course of the internship, I learned a lot of things that I couldn’t learn in the textbooks, and I can make myself closer to the society and experience the pulse of the market. If the ivory tower is to see the market, it is more emotional, then When you are in the enterprise and directly contact the production and sales of the company, it is much more rational. Because the competition in the market is bound by the market competition rules, from procurement, production to sales are inextricably linked with the market, how to avoid risks, how to open up the market, how to ensure the survival and development of enterprises, all of this It is such a reality. Then the judgment of reason becomes important. In the internship process of the enterprise, I found myself looking at the problem, and the way of thinking about the problem has gradually developed. This is inseparable from practice. In the process of practice, I feel full and feel growth again.

The following is my summary of the work process and my experience:

In this more than one month, after going down to the production workshop, I first understand the entire xxx production process, from procurement and storage, to picking production, to the final product into the tank, and have a basic understanding of the production activities of the entire workshop. This lays a good foundation for us to be familiar with the company and conduct practical operations.

Among them, we have almost no knowledge of the production of xxx, but after we went to the workshop, we not only learned about the production process, but also learned more about the production process and use of xxx, because the fatty acid is directly used after the production. Yangzi petrochemical production, so there is a certain amount of production per month. And due to seasonal and temperature constraints, the length and strength of the machine starts to have relevant regulations. In addition, the visit to some assembly lines has also inspired me. Thinking about how to reduce the production cost through the construction of the new assembly line, so, I feel a deep feeling, to be a qualified accountant, to understand the basic and basic operation links, otherwise, it is easy to let the theory Out of practice.

After being familiar with the production process of the workshop, the staff took the previous handover records and intermediate product application forms and statements and other information to us. In the process of reviewing these materials, there are materials that do not understand or are unclear. I actively consulted my colleagues. Under their patient guidance, we have a certain understanding of the program and method of the entire product inspection in the workshop.
