Part 1: Exploring the experience of learning

From May 6 to 12, 2019, under the meticulous organization of the District Education Bureau, a group of 53 people from xx went to the national education city - xx city of Shandong Province for a four-day study. In this short period of time, we have visited and studied in XX Second Middle School, xx Foreign Language School, xx Five Middle School, and xx First Middle School. During the period, I observed the classroom teaching and exchanged and interacted with the instructors. I listened to the lectures given by the school leaders. After the end of the study, the students exchanged experiences. This study has inspired me a lot. Here are some of the feelings I experienced after I visited in XX II:

First, the characteristics of advanced education concepts

Starting from the height of cultivating students' comprehensive quality, xx II proposed to take classroom teaching as the core, aiming at “targetedness”, “targetedness” and “high energy”, and “changing teaching materials and preparing teaching methods for students”. "The educational concept is characterized. The study preparation method makes the students move, the classroom works, the teaching effect is better, and the burden on teachers and students is reduced. The "271 Rules for Classroom Teaching", which includes the three modules of "pre-study, interaction, and evaluation", has formed the biggest feature of XX Second Middle School teaching. 271 classes require students to prepare for the class before the class, the study of the case to explore the interaction is hot, students review the new knowledge after the class. Specifically, it includes the following three changes: the teacher changes to the seniors, the change of education is the beginning, the change of education is the help; the student is the master of learning, the passive acceptance is the active inquiry; the transformation of the classroom function, the classroom is changed to the classroom, and the lecture hall is the school. . This class frees the students' minds, liberates the students' hands, liberates the students' eyes, liberates the students' mouths, and liberates the students' space and time.

Second, efficient group cooperative learning

The establishment of the study group not only facilitates the meticulous learning of the subject, but also facilitates the teacher's more detailed understanding of the student's learning situation, and also helps the teacher to carry out level teaching for different levels of students, while the study group can also give full play to students' active learning. Sex, enthusiasm, self-discipline, and the advantages of student self-management can also be fully demonstrated.

Third, the collectivization of the case

The inquiry questions involved in the tutorial can truly reflect the classroom teaching process. The knowledge points are meticulously excavated. The two classes of the Chinese subject that I have heard reflect the level of learning in teaching, and the subjectivity of students is very effective. Through the exchanges with several teachers during the class, it can be revealed from the words of these teachers that the collective preparation of teachers is very efficient. The so-called high efficiency can be fully reflected in the preparation of the case: there are compilers, reviewers, approvers and dates, and the preparation and review are 2 people. Some of the coaches are not yet in the school. The compiler stated that it was not a personal preparation.

Fourth, a wide range of teacher and student reading

The teacher is first and foremost a diligent reader. In each semester, the school requires each teacher to read at least ten different categories of books and write a certain number of reading notes. Secondly, let the students enjoy the book, each student must be in each semester. Read a certain number of books, and do a good job of excerpts and essays. Reading classes are arranged every week for each grade, making students' reading a habit; again, each grade organizes a certain amount of reading activities in each semester to promote the enthusiasm and efficiency of students' reading. Reading not only lays a solid foundation for students' language learning, but also adds color to students' life.

V. The ubiquitous campus culture

The entire campus is full of student-oriented campus culture, from playground to classroom, from corridor to toilet, from class to group, so that students become the masters of the campus, so that students' famous words, works and honors become incentives for students to learn. And the criteria for changing student behavior. For example, "Today’s event is finished today, we will never delay". "You will not let yourself go for a minute in class and self-study. You will be more nervous and active. Your gains will make you more happy." "Staying on the ground and giving way to the sea. " . These famous words will inspire students to be strict with themselves, and they will be persistent and practical. The school makes full use of the campus environment to educate students and stimulate students' self-confidence and enthusiasm. They can use the classroom corridor walls to provide students with learning knowledge at any time. These aspects are worthy of our reference.

Six, refined school management

As the saying goes, "the way of thinking determines the way out, the details determine success or failure." Each job on the campus of xx II is very detailed, such as a piece of paper scraps in the sanitation environment. School management adopts seamless management and the teaching staff is young, which is very similar to our Yuhejing Middle School. However, the training before the new teacher is employed in XX II is worthy of our consideration. A new teacher is required to conduct 20 days of training and rigorous examinations before entering the classroom. Through the enrichment and practical training of these contents, the growth of new teachers will be much faster.

The school's perfect reward and punishment system is also worth learning. In particular, the evaluation of the frontline teachers and the preparation team can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the frontline teachers and the preparation team leaders. Therefore, it is possible to do a good job in class preparation and to promote the growth of teachers. Although the school requires teachers to take less time, many teachers can insist on going to work at 10 o'clock. This may be the result of a perfect reward and punishment system.

Part 2: Exploring the experience of learning

From May 18th to 19th, 20XX, Mr. Guo led a team to organize the company's workshop squad leader and star staff to visit Qingdao Port. Although the two-day time, the rhythm arrangement is very compact, but the benefits are quite deep.

On the 18th, after we arrived at Qingdao Port, we visited Qingdao Port, mainly for the team management and refined management of Qingdao Port. During this visit, we saw the advantages and disadvantages of our team management and Qingdao Port team management, liberating our minds and enhancing the realm. In this visit, I have the following experiences:

First, fine management must be detailed to every point

Qingdao Port's team management work can be described as a model benchmark for refined management. We have passed many of the subtle aspects of daily grassroots management. Although we operate in the fine management of the company, there is no systematic scientific method. Understand the spirit of refined management. There are many highlights in the management of the team in Qingdao Port. For example, the employee's locker is attached with photos and personal motto, so that when each employee goes to work to change clothes, he reminds himself to work hard. There is also a clear and eye-catching logo on every corner of the work site, so that employees can follow the rules. These details are worth learning from.

Second, the seriousness is worth learning

There are a lot of people visiting Qingdao Port every day, but when we visited, the employees of Qingdao Port were working hard to concentrate on it, and did not affect their mentality because of our arrival. This kind of serious habit is not so easy. It requires long-term accumulation, just like Zhang Zongchang said, “The troops are walking the theory.” This is very inspiring in the construction of our team in the team building. The records of Qingdao Port are also very clear and clear. They are all printed electronically. Our company is still using handwritten records. Although it is tangible, the same artistic conception needs to be implemented.

Third, the environment for learning and training

The training and study work of Qingdao Port is in place. The team has a special training room, so that employees can learn to charge in the training room after work. Their equipment management training is very novel. Using the cross-section model of the equipment, employees can directly see the internal structure and operation principle of the equipment, so that employees can learn better and help them better understand. In our daily work, we also train employees, but it is like a water-based, only theoretical training level, really wants employees to fundamentally understand the performance of the equipment, but also learn from Qingdao Port.

These experiences are the feelings after my study. After returning, I have to carefully understand them, carefully analyze our shortcomings and gaps, draw on the strengths of others to our work, and strive to turn other people's good methods into ourselves. This will be a better job.

After the visit, we played in the Zhanqiao and Wusi Square in Qingdao, visited the underwater world, and on the 19th we boarded Lushan. Bathed in the sun, the sea breeze blowing his face, a good blue sky, blue sea, golden beach. Known as "Taishan is high in clouds, not as good as the East China Sea", Lushan Mountain has a unique style, feeling the joy that nature brings us, and let us feel the moment of happiness is as good as ever. In the same way, we also feel the happiness that the company brings to us, so that we can come out in the intense work rhythm, develop ideas, feel new things, and feel the beauty that nature brings us. We only work hard in the days to come, strive to practice the spirit of refined management, and work hard with our brothers and sisters to make our company better.

Part 3: Exploring the experience of learning

From March 5th to 7th, 2019, I was honored to participate in the study tour organized by the company to Nanjing Crystal Stone Company. During the three-day study and exchange, we and Crystal Stone's leaders and technicians conducted in-depth exchanges on the status quo and future prospects of the industry development, mainstream technology and business content of both parties. Crystal Stone Company showed us the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. A series of excellent achievements, including the stadium propaganda film, I learned a lot of valuable knowledge, which not only broadened my horizons, but also significantly improved the technology.

For the content of this study and my personal, I have summarized the following points:

1, multi-threaded decentralized loading

Multi-threaded decentralized loading can effectively solve the problem of slow loading and consumption of system resources in large scenes. The field of view and depth of field are subject to selective scene display.

2, hot performance

According to the characteristics of the scene and the requirements of the product, the model refinement and texture quality are improved in the hot spots, and the corresponding flight display route is formulated to realize the key performance of the scene hotspot.

3, layered display

Firstly, the scene animation is layered and rendered separately in 3DMAX, and then the animation effects of each layer are combined in the film post-production software to form a growing video animation that can represent the scene forming process, which can be related to related engines such as Fly3d. The way to load ActiveX controls is displayed on the platform and on the web page.

4, the platform to achieve light and shadow effects

The secondary development of the existing 3D software platform, forming a relatively independent and robust display platform, its function is similar to the plug-in. The main tasks of this platform are: First, make up for the existing platform to only support the lack of a single texture and material. For example, the current skyline only supports one diffuse map, and does not support lightingmap baking light maps, which greatly reduces the texture quality. Second, instead of baking maps, the real calculation of the model's light and shadow effects and three-dimensional panoramic display are realized in the platform. Third, the independent display of the fine model, the effect is similar to the rotating booth.

5, script development

Script development using the 3DMAXScript scripting language and related SDKs, through the self-developed scripts, can greatly simplify the scene production process and standardize and replicate the entire process.

6, lightingmap and vray

At present, Crystal Stone has always used lightingmap baking method and vray rendering plug-in in modeling, which improves work efficiency and scene quality. This will be the focus of my future study and perfection, and it is also a technical bottleneck.

Through these three days of study and exchange, I deeply realized the shortcomings of my current technical experience, and also made clear the future learning focus and development direction. Learning makes people progress, and hopes that the company will be able to provide more opportunities for learning and communication in the future.
