Even though I have experienced three military trainings, even if the content of training is almost the same as before, I still have some feelings.

First of all, military training emphasizes the formation of the team. First set the leader, according to the height of the head, and then advance on the basis of the leader! This is also true in the enterprise, but the head refers to ability and talent, which is the basis for a company to develop correctly. At Yangjun, we are proud to have a good team. As a team member, what we need to do is to use this leader to give ourselves an accurate positioning and give full play to our knowledge to contribute to our team.

Second, the correct command, effective execution. There is a saying in the army that the military order is like a mountain, and the order is forbidden. At the beginning, the players' nerves were loose, and a simple command movement could not be completed uniformly. Under the careful guidance of the instructors and the repeated training of the players, the pace of action is gradually coordinated and unified. Whether a company can have a correct development route depends first on the decision-making and the prohibition of the leader. The direct result of the error in the instruction is the error of the whole queue operation. The speed of the team growth requires the team members to work together and take care of it. .

Third, unite and help each other. The volume of a bucket is not dependent on the longest plank, which is the famous barrel principle. The tidyness of the marching team in military training does not depend on the players with the most standard movements. During the training break, many teammates gave up the rest and took the initiative to help the non-standard teammates. Through 7 days of training and study, I really gained a lot and I was very emotional. In fact, a person's social experience is not an obstacle to work and life. With a feeling of embarrassment and uneasiness for a beautiful future, a new 17-day training for new employees began. The military has iron discipline, and the soldiers have extraordinary spirits. Therefore, during the entire military training process, the instructors are patient and strict with us. Under the scorching sun, the instructors and our five classes and forty students worked hard together and sweated together. The action is not good enough to do the second time until the whole class is unified; the password is called once and then shouted for the second time, until our voice overshadows the sound of other classes. Military training is bitter, military training is tired, we stand under the scorching sun and take a solid step on the playground. We flowed through the sweat and even passed through the tears, but we were not scared. We stood up with strong perseverance and gained a lot in military training:

Discipline is reflected in our training and strictly enforced. We get up on time every day, take time out on time, gather singing, eating, and training. Military training is bitter, and military training is exhausting. Although we left tears and sweat, we have gained more.
