Each project department organizes personnel to participate, and gives certain material rewards to the participating personnel. This series of safety production activities has further improved the safety awareness of the project departments.
In addition to conducting safety inspections every month, each project department must also organize company safety management personnel to carry out safety special inspections to severely crack down on uncivilized and unsafe behaviors in building construction, and actively carry out safety production hidden dangers. In this case, we made a summary analysis. The main reasons for the difficulty in implementing safety production work are as follows:
The project department has a weak awareness of safety production. This reason is widespread. The project manager only pursues the maximization of interests, and the investment in safety production is still insufficient. The safety production work is not enough in thinking. Our company is a logistics enterprise mainly engaged in port loading and unloading and warehousing. Most of the employees are engaged in hard, dirty and tired work. There are fewer opportunities for receiving safety production education. Many people have a relatively low awareness of safety production. The company attaches great importance to the safety education for employees, neglects the publicity and education of resident customers, attaches importance to the implementation of the safety rules and regulations of the operators, neglects the safety education of other personnel on the site, and attaches importance to the safety inspection at the job site. Neglecting the comprehensive inspection and prevention of potential safety hazards...
