3. In the process of implementing the effective class teaching, I also inevitably encountered some practical problems, and the students once appeared some unsuitable phenomena:
During this period of time, students use self-directed study cases to learn independently. In the course of implementation, they find that they are far from the actual situation. In the actual implementation process, one or a few links in the five rings can only be completed in one 40 minute class. The lesson plan takes 2-3 hours to complete, which is why the results of the weekly test feedback are still very unsatisfactory. In the process of group discussion, some students only follow other people's minds and have no own opinions. Students did not develop good habits for preparation. Many students will not use the guidance program, and there is no preview to promote the second day of the class, which delays the time.
