During the two days of training, we participated in seven projects including tram, building a rope house, trusting back, life and death grid, high-altitude broken bridge, island rescue, graduation wall. What impressed me the most was the two projects of high-altitude broken bridge and graduation wall. During the training of the high-altitude broken bridge project, when I looked at the 12-meter-high broken bridge below, I was only afraid of my mind. I thought that the span of one meter and two should be able to pass the light jump on the flat ground. What if you don't want to fall. When I climbed up to 12 meters in height, I was already shocked and trembled. The springboard was much narrower than I thought. This project is not very demanding on people's physical fitness. What is most needed is the psychological challenge. As long as you can overcome the fear of fear, the difficulties will be solved.
In the "Graduation Wall" project training, a 4.2-meter high wall, smooth, without any tools, requires all players to cross the past, to be a victory. The experience of this expansion training is summarized as follows: First, hierarchical management and clear leadership are extremely important. Remember the tram? That was our first project. In the face of the first project, the players were excited and worried. Remember the mission of the three islands? Recalling, there are a lot of regrets, oh~~, but the instructor said that the completion rate of this project is quite low. The coach's words are still fresh in my memory: the joy of success may be forgotten quickly, but the pain of failure will occupy your memory for a long time.
