Internship content:
At the beginning, I went to the construction site to understand the construction drawings. I slowly walked and looked at it. I still couldn’t see any problems. I only saw the frame column and the foundation surface. The wood shed. The steel shed, etc.... After a few days, Master Li called me small. Li went with him to release the line. The line is the foundation of the building and is necessary for our beginners. During this period, I had a better understanding of the level and the theodolite, and I was more familiar with the operation of the measuring instrument. I also practiced the observation of the instrument on the construction site, which enabled me to adapt to operating the instrument under different conditions.
I am mainly responsible for the laying and marking of this site. Sometimes I help others to do earth measurement and measure the height. It is a skill that allows us to adapt to the field operation under more severe conditions. It is better to adapt to the worst environment. Let us learn more and be more solid. It is the most tiring thing in the earthwork site. It runs up and down with a level gauge every day. It also completes the measurement task. It seems that these mistakes are very low-level ridiculous, but at the beginning of the internship, such a situation does exist. With the advancement of the internship program, our operations have become more and more skilled. At the same time, we have a very deep understanding of the measurement of terrain, landforms and features. At the end of the internship, we were very excited to see our results. Perhaps it was like the fruit growers in the orchard saw the trees full of trees.
The first fruit that we learned in this internship was to overcome difficulties. From the beginning of the internship, we have to face all kinds of difficulties. At first, the ambiguity of the measurement steps, the unfamiliarity of the measuring instruments, the inability to observe due to the route, the students coming and going on campus and the vehicles parked everywhere, all brought various resistances to our measurement work. However, after the violent temper, we all calm down and try to find a solution to these problems. I believe that in the future life, no matter what difficulties we encounter, we will use this internship to encourage ourselves to face difficulties.
More than one teacher told us more than once that the civil engineering must be rigorous and not sloppy. I think that rigorous and realistic is the second fruit we harvest. When we used the total station for the first time, the data error near our hotel was very large, and the same was true several times. However, after intense discussion, we decided to check all the factors that affected the number again. Measure instead of giving up. The error for us may be just a few inconspicuous numbers on paper, which can be an incalculable loss for engineering.

For me personally, through this measurement internship, I have mastered a lot of knowledge in the theoretical class, or no systematic knowledge. The internship process was very hard, the weather was cloudy, but every time we used the total station, it was a cold day, which made people breathless, but fortunately, every time we insisted. In the process of working with my classmates, I also learned how to interact with people. As a basic skill of the profession, civil engineering measurement is a skill that we must master in civil engineering students. At the end of the freshman year of study, under the organization of the college, we conducted a 10-day civil surveying engineering survey internship on campus.
“How is this internship more difficult than military training?” After a few days, we got used to getting up at 5 in the morning, and when we were measuring the life of measuring instruments, we no longer heard the previous complaints. In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement and the time progress of the measurement, we always get up when the sky is bright, and bring the "guy" to the measurement site of the main one, the main two and the public junction! When the other professional students of the college go to the teaching building at 8:00 to practice the week, that is, when we finish work in the morning. When we returned to the dormitory in the morning, we couldn't take it easy. The original blank data sheet was waiting for us to calculate and verify. If the data meets the conditions well, if the angle closes beyond the allowable range after the first day of our team's measurement is poor, we have to prepare to get up the next day and re-measure the work that originally belonged to the first day. After a short supplementary sleep in the afternoon, when other professional students were taking classes in the afternoon and preparing to enjoy a sumptuous dinner, we took the instrument again and measured again before the sun went down. In the evening of summer, whenever the sun goes down, when the sky is dark, it is already more than 7 o'clock in the evening. Putting back the instrument, it is no longer possible to have food in the school cafeteria. When I walk out of the school gate and come to the store, I look up and see it. It is a scene of class gathering. Everyone is gorging in the store. Originally thought that the evening can relax and rest, but this is not the case. We still need to summarize the whole day's work, and work out the next day's work plan to improve the efficiency of the team and ensure the completion of the progress. .
Practice can always find many problems, and it also exists in this measurement internship. First of all, I think that the biggest problem is that we use the instrument on the textbook. The knowledge about the instrument used in the textbook is relatively abstract. When it comes to real practice, we can't put the book knowledge into practice very well. The teacher gave instructions again. Second, we perform measurements efficiently while in the field. When we measured on the first day, the angle closure difference was actually more than three times the allowable value difference. The emergence of this problem shows that our ability still needs to be improved. We ignore the requirements of the alignment, do not try to focus on the midpoint, and seek convenience to directly focus on the Chinese flower rod, and we do not pay attention to the impact of weather on the measurement. The discovery of these problems also shows that our experience is still lacking. Finally, at the time of drawing, we were very unfamiliar with the drawing of strange topographic maps, and did not apply some of the techniques in civil engineering drawings to the drawing of topographic maps. This also requires teachers to give us more guidance in the future teaching and promote our level of improvement.
Let me talk about this internship experience. Through this measurement internship, I think the biggest achievement is to combine the abstract knowledge in the book with the measurement of reality. This measurement internship is really hard work. Every day, I keep looking for broken points, fixing points, finding points, reading, counting, drawing, and fixing work every day is sometimes very tired. Also worry about whether our operation is correct. If there is a little error, then the data will be scrapped and reworked. It is very troublesome. We also encountered a lot of problems in the process of measurement. Every time we encounter a difficult problem, our group will always have a heated discussion. In the end, if you can't reach a conclusion, ask other classmates or ask the teacher. I sometimes feel that we are really lucky and happy because we have a very kind and kind teacher. The teacher is accompanying us at the measurement site every day, whether it is the big sun or the heavy rain. And the smile on the face of the teacher every time she sees her is always very kind.
