There is only one purpose: to draw closer, to harmonize the atmosphere, to understand the situation, and to exert influence. Second, caring for members, people are the most emotional, everyone in life will encounter such difficulties, this time the team members must help each other, sincerely advise the other side, which will strengthen the relationship between the team members . The feelings of our group's "warm" home are becoming more and more strong, the sense of responsibility is constantly increasing, and creating a relaxed development environment for the team members is an important part of team building.
3. Incentive and trust can effectively enhance the sense of mission of the team members, improve the self-confidence of the team members, give the team members more opportunities to exercise and prove their abilities, promote the smooth completion of the work, ensure the quality of the work, and at the same time enable the team members to produce in their hearts. A respectable image, I feel that the people in the group are trustworthy. Of course, we don't have the money to invest in development, and there can be no material reward. Really attach importance to the opinions of team members and give appropriate authorization, give timely affirmation when completing tasks, and give sincere help and encouragement when failures, more intense and lasting than the material incentives.
Fourth, service, this is the core content of team building. Every team member should serve our group. The project leader thinks more about the responsibility of this group, and the purpose is to do a good job. The work ultimately depends on the entire team, not someone. Part 2: Company team building training experience
April 25, 2007, a bright spring day. The company's first batch of supervisors came to Songjiang Qingqing Tourism World to participate in the two-day team building and development training organized by the company. This event is divided into 4 groups by all members and participates in various game activities. And through learning, understand the meaning of the team, the characteristics of the team and the conditions required for a successful team. The two-day training event was short-lived. But the lack of thinking that comes to us is a lot. In particular, how to connect what we have learned in the game and discussion to the work is even more important.
First of all, as a supervisor, we are leaders of a small team. Leadership, as the leader of the team, is especially important. Losing the leadership, the team will be scattered in a row, unable to unite the strength of the entire team. In the game, we need a leader to lead the completion of the entire task, coordinate the views of the parties to achieve a most optimal solution. Similarly, in the work, we also have to think about how to effectively complete a job, play a favorable factor, eliminate unfavorable factors, and complete tasks efficiently. In the game of “building a home together”, everyone is blindfolded, and in the case of unpredictable external environment, it is especially important for the leadership ability. Obey the command to complete the task smoothly. At work, we sometimes need to obey the work of the leader and cooperate with him to complete the task.
Second, collaboration with each other is also an important part of the team. Teamwork and teamwork can make the most of the team's strength. In the game of “over the grid”, the power of the individual cannot be overcome. It depends on the strength of everyone. In connection with the work, we, as the head of a department, consider not only the interests of this small group of the department, but also the interests of various departments and even the entire company. At present, the work between the various departments of the company is basically connected to each other.
