In this activity, our college student anti-drug propaganda team has created a unique landscape for this. Everyone knows that drugs are the killers of humanity. At present, there are still some misunderstandings in the school's drug prevention education work: First, students are afraid of drugs. It is believed that anti-drug education will trigger students' curiosity and encourage them to take risks. Second, they believe that anti-drug education is a matter for the public security department and has nothing to do with the school. One of the premise of these misunderstandings is that students who are currently in school are rare. In fact, the spread of drugs is quite fast. It is too late to wait until the drugs are on campus. This shows that strengthening anti-drug education and doing a good job of prevention ahead are the fundamental ways and solutions to solve the problem of drug abuse among young people.
Since the State Education Commission has stipulated the anti-drug education as an integral part of the national quality education in 1997 and officially incorporated into the syllabus of Chinese moral education, the school has passed the “parent school”, “mental health education course” and “adolescent lecture” for six years. Various channels such as the “Young Volunteer Propaganda Team” and visits to the anti-drug education base have carried out publicity and education activities such as “cherishing life, staying away from drugs” and “not letting drugs into my home”, and also organizing publicity and education activities for parents, students and community residents. The excellent school spirit of the school drives the spiritual civilization construction of the surrounding communities and has a significant role in promoting the level of spiritual civilization construction in the communities where they are located. As for how to do a good job in school anti-drug education, we still need to further explore in specific practice, but one must be sure that although drugs have not yet appeared in schools, it is better to "prevent problems before they happen" than to "reinforce them."
