Second, they believe that anti-drug education is a matter for the public security department and has nothing to do with the school. Since the State Education Commission has stipulated the anti-drug education as an integral part of the national quality education in 1997 and officially incorporated into the syllabus of Chinese moral education, the school has passed the “parent school”, “mental health education course” and “adolescent lecture” for six years.
