Kindergarten training experience


Part 1: The experience of kindergarten teachers in summer training

From August 19th to August 21st, I was fortunate enough to participate in the training course for the kindergarten and backbone teachers of the summer kindergarten in Guangrao County. The three-day training brought me a lot of benefits, Dong Xuhua, Ding Peng, I was deeply impressed by the excellent reports of three expert teachers, such as Lu Yan. They not only shared the successful experience of their work with us, but also brought us fresh cases and added themselves to the case. The insights, analysis, let us identify the deficiencies from our own teaching, draw on the advanced experience in the case, and guide us to consider the problem in multiple directions and multiple angles. Here are some of my experiences on this training:
First, the educational concept
1. Kindergarten education and teaching
Professor Dong told us that the education and teaching of kindergartens should face the development needs of both sides. One is the individual, that is, to make the child healthy, happy, and interesting, and to learn easily, the teacher should adapt to the child's nature, because the child is a good game, good imitation, curiosity, like success, likes wild life, likes to gregarious, and Also like to praise. Second, the society, the teacher's education must meet the requirements of social development for talents, not only to reflect virtue, ability, diligence, performance, morality, intelligence, body, beauty, labor, but also let them learn to recognize, learn to do things, learn to cooperate, Learn to survive. In short, the education of teachers should be compared with the development needs of society, as well as the development needs of individuals.
2, the learning characteristics of young children
Young children are naturally curious, active, and sensitive, while young children are enthusiastic, innocent, self-centered, and emotionally dominant. It is a long process for children to go to “self-centeredness”. Games are an important way for young children to learn and develop. Children's thinking is flexible, and the learning process is also a process of creation. The process of interpersonal communication is also an important learning process for young children. The operation is inseparable. The learning of young children is not only the acquisition of knowledge, but also the emotions, attitudes, abilities, etc. A good activity should be able to see the true side of the child and see the true development of the child.
3. Teaching activities
A good teaching activity stems from good activity materials and content, excellent event design, professional qualities and experience of teachers, and careful preparation by teachers. In the course of activities, teachers should pay attention to the attention of young children, good teacher-child interaction, appropriate organizational implementation strategies, and flexible adjustment of teachers. After class, they should reflect in time and make scientific evaluations.
Second, the problems and countermeasures in teaching
Professor Dong cited several problems that teachers are prone to in teaching: The first point is that the material and content have no meaning, there is no meaning, can not attract children; the second point is that the value of the material is not in place; the third point is the target positioning. Inaccurate, too high or too low, too general, empty, and different expressions; the fourth point is the lack of contextuality, activity, operability and fun. For example, when teaching children to learn "digital baby", teachers should not only let young children know that there are numbers on many items, but also should guide children to observe the number of numbers and the difference in their arrangement. Teachers need to know that the more items are listed, the better. It is necessary to select the typical ones that are closely related to life. Professor Dong gave an example and explained that I would avoid similar problems in the future teaching.
Third, environmental creation
In this report, Professor Dong and Director Ding Peng explained the outdoor and indoor theme environment and regional environment creation of kindergarten from different angles. Through study, I made more clear requirements for outdoor and indoor environment creation. Outdoors should be green, beautified, child-oriented, educated, and gamified, taking into account the natural elements and space. Indoors should reasonably formulate the type and quantity of the area. According to the different classes and the age characteristics of different children, the materials should be placed on the area. The materials to be placed should be easy for children to operate. The quantity should be suitable, safe, educational and interesting. There is a rational, hierarchical, and let the children participate in the regional layout, because the process of placement is also the process of learning for young children.
Fourth, writing
Teacher Lu Yan explained the essentials of writing for us. Through learning, I have to write a good article. It is not a day's work. First of all, we must have a correct idea. We should read more, learn more, observe more, and record frequently. As Lu Yan said, "Good memory is not as bad as a pen." To observe more about the "people" and "things" around you, the key is to choose good questions, write what others have not written, organize good materials, use good language and words, grasp the theme and core, the theme and core should be discussed with the article. The content is consistent.
In short, after three days of training, although I was a little tired, I learned a lot from the wonderful reports of several expert teachers and I know a lot. Therefore, I think it is worth it. In the future, I must use this training as a driving force to constantly enrich myself and turn the "stone" that experts have left into jade.


Chapter 2:


Under the careful organization of the Education Bureau of the Lixia District, under the leadership of the unit leaders, I participated in the xxx training in April. During the three and a half days of training, I listened to the reports of experts and scholars and gained a lot.
This training, first of all, listened to the special report of "Thinking about Some Problems in Preschool Children's Art Education" by Bian Xia, Vice Dean of the School of Education Science of xxx Normal University. She told us that the results of children's art activities are more serious, teachers should give Young children create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere and carry out art activities with game tendencies in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of young children.
In the activity, "Who is being created, pottery or clay pot" impressed me. My understanding is that teachers and young children are being created. Teachers have improved their teaching by giving classes to children.
In turn, young children have learned a variety of skills in their activities and formed a variety of habits.
Xue Wenzhao, Executive Director of Shanghai Modern Children's Art Museum, gave a special report on "New Concepts and Methods for Early Childhood Art Education", and demonstrated the operation process of art gouache on the spot, explaining his own innovative method of imagining art innovation.
Xu Zhuoya, director of the Early China Children's Education Music and Dance Education Research Center, gave us a special report on "Game Teaching and Gamekeeping and Child Learning Quality Training". Her report is humorous and easy to understand. She gave us a detailed explanation of how to help children develop good study habits through effective teaching in the music field.
Although it was only three and a half days, I gained a lot. In art, give more children
Appreciate the works, whether it is a good work of children, teachers or masters; in the process of painting, pay more attention to the interest of children in painting, integrate the game into it, and create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere for children. I think this process produces The result must have been unexpected. In the teaching method of art, I can also learn from Xue’s borrowing imagination to let young children create different works in their imagination.
In terms of music, reviewing the original teaching methods has many shortcomings. Sometimes the goal set for children is too simple, do not know how to add difficulty layer by layer; sometimes the goal set for children is too difficult, children can not complete. Looking back at the training given to us by Xu Zhuoya, I deeply understand that every time a music game is taught, the learner recognizes that the previous level of difficulty has passed, and then challenges the new difficulty; and in various music teaching activities, If teachers can create contexts effectively and effectively, so that children can be stimulated by reasonable teaching goals, and through their own efforts, they can continue to gain new achievements in different kinds of learning situations, then continue to acquire new self-realization peaks. Driven by the demand for experience, it is naturally their own initiative to pursue their own learning. At the same time, the teacher also cultivates the various learning qualities of the children, such as attention, observation, thinking, and ability to apply the original experience. Self-management ability... In the training, I watched the music lessons of Yangzhou Kindergarten and XXX Kindergarten. They mainly let the children spontaneously feel the music and understand the music. The children enjoy the music while enjoying the aesthetic taste of the music. And aesthetic ability, but also meet the needs of young children's knowledge and seeking. We had a successful learning experience and enhance children's learning self-confidence and self-efficacy.
Through this training, I have understood how to better help young children develop good study habits through effective teaching activities of art education, and how to promote the continuous improvement of children's learning quality in the aspects of “love learning” and “being good at learning”. In the future teaching of kindergartens, I have tried this goal to try to cultivate the learning quality of young children, to better stimulate the curiosity of young children, to play the curiosity of young children, to enable children to play better in school and to play in middle school.


Part 3: Kindergarten teacher training and learning experience

Childish education is a very complicated matter. It is not that the family can be alone on the one hand, nor that the kindergarten can be qualified on the one hand. The training time is over, but the teachers are very interested in learning. Every day, everyone is actively discussing and communicating after finishing the busy day. Time passes through our fingers like water. The short three-day training came to an end. During this training, we listened to the wonderful lectures of the teachers and leaders of the kindergarten. Through this training, for a student teacher who is not rich in work experience, there are still many places to learn. Part 5: Kindergarten teacher training experience

On October 18th, 20xx, I was fortunate enough to participate in the training of key teachers in rural kindergartens in Zhejiang Province. During this week of training, I listened to many wonderful lectures by experts, such as: special teachers Zhu Lili, Wu Lijuan, Zhu Jingyi, etc. Fresh examples and rich knowledge and exquisite theoretical explanations give us strong infection and deep theoretical guidance. Here are some of the experiences I gained through training:
