What impressed me during this expansion was the game "Hurry 60 Seconds". The game is divided into two groups. Both of us have worked hard for the results of our group, but we have not thought about the principle that we can share information and cooperate with each other. In fact, in the work, we often do the same, there is no win-win thinking, just want to live the victory of their own team, but often no team has achieved good results, if we can cooperate more, then our achievements are not higher?
The expansion project on the second day was relatively rich, and the game of puzzle points made me feel a lot. As the captain, I was first trapped by thinking. The usual "I thought" was too much. Part 2: Experience in outdoor development training
The two-day field expansion training has ended, and the heart is still stunned, and the passion is still continuation. At the beginning of the training, the coach of Black Hawk issued a “dismissal order” for the participants. All the participants were campers in the training camp, and warned each camper to keep “four things” in mind, that is, everything is serious and responsible. Everything is proactive, and everything goes all out. There is no excuse for everything, and we strive to participate in this training activity with the mentality of "empty cups return to zero." "Four things," it is easier said than done. If you have a serious and responsible attitude towards any one you do, plus a positive passion and a full-fledged action, you can sum up experience and lessons from your own reality, regardless of the success of your results. To improve, make greater contributions to the unit and society, these will quickly show a different self and different collectives in the accumulation of time.
There were 49 campers. Subsequently, we carried out a red and black game to build a beautiful home. I was deeply impressed by the project of “Building a Beautiful Home Together”. I was most impressed by this training. Let me talk about the two training programs of “trust back” and “graduation wall”. Share the experience of these two trainings with everyone! With the coach's order, the first partner was very successful and climbed to the top of the wall through the ladder, and then quickly went to meet the next partner stepping on the ladder. This failure did not make us lose confidence. Our 24 people were divided into two groups. Our team was the strongest team in the history. In the next expansion project, this kind of encouragement and gratitude has continued, especially climbing, starting with steps, but feeling tired, but not dangerous, scared, but when it comes to the top The mountain road became extremely difficult, and it started to go.
