Time management training experience

Part 1: Time Management Training Experience

On July 22, I was fortunate to participate in the “Time Management” training course organized by the group. Although the training time was only one day, this training has benefited me a lot. Through this training, I further understood the significance and role of time management, clarified the basic concepts and connotations of time management, learned the misunderstanding of time management, and learned and mastered the basic steps and methods of high-performance time management.
Peter Drucker, the world-famous "father of modern management", once said: "Time is the most expensive and limited resource." This fully reflects the master's high awareness of time and the importance of time management. In contrast, the Chinese realized the importance of time management earlier. As early as more than 2,000 years ago, when Confucius saw his disciples sleeping in the daytime, he sent out "the dead, such as Sifu, staying up late." "Sighs." Like the popular "Tomorrow's Day, how many tomorrows", "one inch of time, one inch of gold, inch of gold is difficult to buy inch time", "life is boundless" and other famous words and phrases are more about time and human life and career Closely linked. Time is fair to everyone. Every day, the bank deposits 86,400 seconds for everyone, and the 86,400 seconds per day will be merciless, and will not stop for anyone or anything. Since the passage of time is an objective law of nature and does not shift from the will of the human being, then all we can do is to plan, utilize and manage our own time more rationally, and to strengthen the management of time and learn time. Management methods, formulate and implement time management planning, test time management effects, and constantly correct time management programs, efficiently complete related matters in daily work and life, and make full use of this valuable resource that nature has given us to create their own value.
I have always had a misunderstanding of the concept of time management, thinking that time management is to arrange time for everything. Through training, I realized that time management is not about getting everything done, but using time more effectively. Time management on the one hand to determine what to do, in what order to complete these things, on the other hand, to decide what should not be done, as much as possible to exclude interference from the outside world. Reduce the variability of time schedules through prior planning and time control, and lay the foundation for further implementation of time management. Therefore, high-performance time management requires reasonable time to arrange time according to the priorities of the matter, instead of “all-in-one” allocating time equally for all things, and not being able to deal with things first and foremost, and not being able to cope with various things as you like.
Some of the things we encounter in our daily lives often take a long time to complete. In this case, we need to set short, medium and long-term goals, and then plan to achieve the goals one by one, and allocate limited time and energy. For the highest efficiency. In the specific operation process, the medium and long targets can be decomposed into sub-goals that can actually guide the behavior according to five principles: specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-limited. The implementation of each sub-goal, constantly revised, through the gradual completion of sub-goals to achieve the ultimate goal.
At the same time, we may encounter some unexpected events every day. Their appearance is very likely to interfere with the execution of the original plan. Therefore, during the execution of the plan, we must pay special attention to the fact that the time cannot be too full and there must be some redundancy. The degree. We can plan 60%-80% of the time and reserve 20%-40% of the buffer time to ensure that we have enough time and energy to deal with unexpected things and ensure the smooth implementation of the original plan. Of course, high-performance time management also requires the performer to have a strong will and perseverance, requiring the performer to be free from interference from the external environment and unswervingly work in accordance with the time management plan.
The above points have impressed me and my memory is still fresh. Thanks to the group for organizing this rich time management training course, I will keep in mind what I have learned in the training class and apply it to my future work life.

Part 2: Training in Time Management

What is time, what is the characteristics of time, and how to effectively manage time, many people may not really think about it. Time is no stranger to anyone. It flows through us every day. No matter whether we pay attention or not, it will not stay. For time, different people will have different opinions. Young people think that time is too slow and has no value; old people feel too fast, time is more expensive than money; happy people think that time is too fast, and an hour is like a minute. A painful person feels that time is too slow, and a minute is as long as an hour. Which kind of person are you?
If I tell you that time is money, time is life, what do you think? If you think it makes sense, then I congratulate you. You already know the preciousness of time. You are already cherishing time. If you think how time might be money and life? Then you have to study the time management course. Today, you may be young but have no money. This is normal. When you have money, you are often no longer young, and you have not had much time in your life. This is the normal law of time and money. The most frightening thing is that when you are no longer young, the money is gone, neither is available. Therefore, people just want to cherish time, work hard, and earn hard money. People's lives are made up of time, so no matter what position you are in, if you are very busy, have no time to work and live, and don't have time to spend time with family and children, then you should pay attention. This is not a good phenomenon. Because only someone will have no time at all? I think you guessed it. Therefore, cherish the time to plan your own time and be a successful person who balances work and life time.
In order to let everyone better manage their time, I will give you a few small suggestions. If you can think about it and apply it, I believe that you will soon become the master of time.
1. What are the main reasons for thinking about your time? What are unnecessary and what are not efficient;
2. The focus of daily work is on the most important but not urgent things, not the most important and urgent things;
3. If today is the last day of our lives, what else do you need to do? Do you have any regrets?
4. If you are a supervisor, you must learn to authorize. Let the following people get a learning boost, and you can do something you like to do.
5. Overcome the habit of procrastination and do it right away.

Part 3: Training Experience – Time Management

Class A work: Refers to the “must do”, which is of the utmost importance in nature, has the most urgency in time, and is serious in terms of consequences.
Class B work: Refers to “the things that should be done”, which are only of general importance in essence; there is only general urgency in time; there are no serious consequences.
Class C work: Refers to “things that can be done”. It is irrelevant, not urgent, and has little impact on the consequences.
Experience:
People's memory and concentration are very limited. It is impossible to remember many things at the same time and do a lot of things. If there are no tools and methods to help, it may be important to later discover that there is not enough time allocated to do so, and unimportant things have been done.
After a few times, you know that you have to remember important things, but usually your attention is easy to transfer, and you have to remember what else you are doing, don’t forget it... In addition, because our resources are often not enough, we need it. Time management, in this case, there must be trade-offs and unreasonable, it is easy to make unreasonable allocation of limited resources.
Principles of time management:
1. Develop the habit of planning time in advance, and arrange according to the priority of the matter.
2. Control the uncontrollable time first and set the processing principle
3. Regularly discuss the work content and time schedule, how to improve and improve efficiency
4, no matter how to solve a thing in a period of time
5. Effectively use the prime time of the day.
Time management method:
1Collection: Organize all things and ideas.
How to handle the matters assigned by the supervisor, the thoughts that he thought of, and some matters worthy of reference, and make a reasonable arrangement.
2 finishing: : Organizing to-do items
Organize these matters into a single task, and the progress and status are clear at a glance.
3 organization: turn the task into a work list
Make a list of tasks into a work list and have a suitable list of to-do items on any occasion to get the job done efficiently.
4 Review: Review
Usually I will check at the beginning, halfway and end of the day. If the matter is not completed, I will change the date or delete it. After one day, the calendar is usually blank. After checking the cheeck, I will continue to sort it out. Quality management cycle for "Plan-Do-Check-Act". The reason why the review is so important is because the review has at least two very big benefits: deepen the impression and take the overall picture: the review is conducive to understanding the task, improving the height of the inspection, and grasping the overall integrity of the task.
5 execution:
Of course, any work plan can't avoid failure, because it is just a "plan", and the so-called "the plan has not changed quickly." What we want to change is our own mentality. In the face of failure, we need to do two things:
Pay attention to failure and analyze the reasons. There are always reasons for the failure of the project. Whether it is objective or subjective, we all need to take it seriously and analyze it carefully. We must not give ourselves such a psychological suggestion: "There is nothing wrong with the plan, and anyone can fail. Next time. Try to follow the plan as much as possible." We should ask ourselves two questions: "Why does the project fail?" and "How to avoid similar failures?"
Respond to change with change. Re-examine your goals and plans to see if there are any unreasonable places, whether there are areas that need to be adjusted according to changes in the environment, and if adjustments are needed, adjust them immediately. Even if no plan changes were made in the end, after a process of re-examination, the confidence to resist failure will increase a lot.
1. Do the highest productivity every second. Remove the things that are not meaningful in the list of things.
2. Don't want to be a perfectionist. Don't pursue perfection, but pursue the effect of doing things.
3. Skillfully procrastinating. If you don't want to do one thing, you can break it down into small parts, just do one of the small parts, or spend up to 15 minutes on the most important part.
4. Learn to say “no”. Once you have identified what is important, you should say “no” to things that are not important.
5, the most important thing in the management of time is to be able to concentrate on their own large block time to deal with certain problems.
6, there are plans to use time. Some things take a long time, and some things can be done by the way.
7. The goal is clear. The goal is specific and achievable.
8. The things to be done are prioritized according to the priority. 80% of things only require 20% of the effort. And 20% of things are worth doing, and should be given priority. So be good at distinguishing between these 20% of valuable things, and then allocate time based on the size of the value.
9. List the things to do from morning to night.
10. Everything has a specific end of time. Control the time of the call and the time of the chat.
11. Follow your biological clock. When is the best time for your work? Put the priority things in the best time.
12. Differentiate between urgent affairs and important matters. Urgent things are often short-term, and important things are often long-term. It is essential to learn how to make important things urgent and efficient.

Part 4: "Time Management" training experience

On August 2, all the colleagues in the department went to listen to Li Jian’s speech “Time Management”, which touched a lot!
I. To do things first, to do things with priority, ABC rules.
2. If today is the last day of life, one day is one day, and the day will be completed on the same day.
3. Neat and organized: Where things are taken from where they are put back, and put together the same kind of things at the same time for easy searching.
Fourth, first time processing, quick thinking, quick action, and quick processing.
5. Do what you should do, and don't let others waste their time.
6. Decisive authority, let others work for you.
