Corporate visits and learning experience :
From March 5th to 7th, 2019, I was honored to participate in the study tour organized by the company to Nanjing Crystal Stone Company. During the three-day study and exchange, we and Crystal Stone's leaders and technicians conducted in-depth exchanges on the status quo and future prospects of the industry development, mainstream technology and business content of both parties. Crystal Stone Company showed us the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. A series of excellent achievements, including the stadium propaganda film, I learned a lot of valuable knowledge, which not only broadened my horizons, but also significantly improved the technology.
In response to the content of this study and my personal experience, I have summarized the following points:
1, multi-threaded decentralized loading
Multi-threaded decentralized loading can effectively solve the problem of slow loading and consumption of system resources in large scenes. The field of view and depth of field are subject to selective scene display.
2, hot performance
According to the characteristics of the scene and the requirements of the product, the model refinement and texture quality are improved in the hot spots, and the corresponding flight display route is formulated to realize the key performance of the scene hotspot.
3, layered display
Firstly, the scene animation is layered and rendered separately in 3DMAX, and then the animation effects of each layer are combined in the film post-production software to form a growing video animation that can represent the scene forming process, which can be related to related engines such as Fly3d. The way to load ActiveX controls is displayed on the platform and on the web page.
4, the platform to achieve light and shadow effects
The secondary development of the existing 3D software platform, forming a relatively independent and robust display platform, its function is similar to the plug-in. The main tasks of this platform are: First, make up for the existing platform to only support the lack of a single texture and material. For example, the current skyline only supports one diffuse map, and does not support lightingmap baking light maps, which greatly reduces the texture quality. Second, instead of baking maps, the real calculation of the model's light and shadow effects and three-dimensional panoramic display are realized in the platform. Third, the independent display of the fine model, the effect is similar to the rotating booth.
5, script development
Script development using the 3DMAXScript scripting language and related SDKs, through the self-developed scripts, can greatly simplify the scene production process and standardize and replicate the entire process.
6, lightingmap and vray
At present, Crystal Stone has always used lightingmap baking method and vray rendering plug-in in modeling, which improves work efficiency and scene quality. This will be the focus of my future study and perfection, and it is also a technical bottleneck.
Through these three days of study and exchange, I deeply realized the shortcomings of my current technical experience, and also made clear the future learning focus and development direction. Learning makes people progress, and hopes that the company will be able to provide more opportunities for learning and communication in the future.

The first thing we visited was the production workshop. Just entering the production workshop, there was a pungent smell, and the sound of the rumble of the machine was deafening. The event was highly targeted and effective. My experience in the "three districts" of our city after visiting and learning is mainly as follows:

The time for our visit to the five enterprises in the “Three Districts” was short, but the arrangement was compact and the theme was clear, highlighting the main theme of accelerating development. The visit to the five enterprises in the "three districts" gave me the impression that: First, Dafeng Mingjin Machinery Co., Ltd. produced high degree of automation and good economic returns. The company is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise independently funded by Korea Mingjin TECH. It produces all kinds of high-quality copper busbars and copper-clad aluminum busbar products. It has good product reputation and corporate image among its peers and customers. The advanced copper platoon production extruder equipment, with an annual output of 20,000 tons of copper products, the company has consistently implemented the ISO9001: 2000 international quality management system, and improved the enterprise with advanced concepts. The company has won many honorary titles. The product marketing network covers all parts of the country. . Fourth, in April last year, the 50,000-ton-class terminal of the second phase of Jiangsu Dafeng Port, which was built by the Third Navigation Bureau, was officially put into operation. The project is located 7.5 kilometers south of the first phase of Dafeng Port in Yancheng City. It is an open berth project, which mainly includes two parts: the wharf and the approach bridge. Among them, the total length of the terminal is 585 meters, consisting of one 50,000-ton professional bulk berth and one 20,000-ton-class groceries; the approach bridge is 2877 meters long and 18 meters wide. After the project was officially put into operation, it further improved the cargo handling capacity of Yancheng Port, which was conducive to speeding up port construction in northern Jiangsu and promoting local economic development. Fifth, Jiangsu Dafeng Salt Land Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Park is located in the Dafeng Port Economic Zone. It is jointly invested by Dafenggang Group Company and Dafenggang Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Dafeng Salt and Soil Land Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for the construction and registered capital of the company. It is 50 million yuan. The Saline Land Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Park project has a total investment of 400 million yuan, with a planned construction area of 10,000 mu, including 3,000 mu in the core area, mainly including salt soil planting, salt-tolerant forest fruit, salt soil aquaculture, and salt and soil husbandry production demonstration zones. Six functional areas, such as the deep processing area of salt soil agricultural products, science and technology research and development area, biomass new energy research and development incubator area, salt soil culture and science training area, and comprehensive service area. Focus on the construction of the Salt and Soil Agricultural Science and Technology Museum, the Science and Technology Research and Development Center, the Planting Demonstration Center, the Intensive Processing Center, and the Market Service Center. The Science and Technology Park pays attention to recruiting scientific and technological talents in horticulture, gardening, food science and engineering, bioengineering, etc., strengthening the research, introduction, experimentation and promotion of high-tech in salt soil agriculture, attracting investment around the characteristics of “salt soil and science and technology”, attracting projects with projects. The merchants settled in the park, invested in the industry, and made efforts to turn the salt and soil agricultural science and technology park into a salt-soil agriculture emerging characteristic industrial park with advanced planning concept, high-tech and advanced technology, rich variety of cultivation, magnificent construction and pleasant sightseeing, making it a national salt and soil agriculture.
