Part 1: Traditional culture training and learning experience

From October 17 to 21, I was fortunate to participate in the traditional culture training organized by the Xinzheng Municipal Government. Four days of study, the time is short. Gratefulness, moving, reverence, admiration... The intertwined feelings always make people nostalgic and miss. During the training class, I enjoyed the feast of the five thousand years of traditional culture education in China with 80 friends in listening, feeling and shock.
From the morning morning at 6:30 am, the traditional classics "Di Zi Zi" and "Xiao Jing" are used to realize the classic connotation in the suizhong; to the lectures and reports selected in this training class, to understand the classics in listening; I shared my learning experience in the interactive communication in the evening and experienced four days of study and training. I enjoyed the happiest time of my life. Because here, my mind has been thoroughly washed, found the key to open a happy life, and gained the wealth that can be accompanied for life. When I was moved, I would like to be grateful. The leaders of the city government gave me such an opportunity to expand my horizons and grow wisdom. Through the study of Chinese traditional culture, I would like to share the harvest with you:
First, the change in understanding: In the previous study and work, the knowledge of contact with Chinese studies was not extensive. I only knew that it was Confucianism. I thought that learning is not of much use and has little to do with myself. However, through this period of time, the understanding of the "Xiao Jing" and "disciples" has a new transformation. I believe that Chinese studies are profound and have a long history. For thousands of years, Chinese people have lived and worked in peace and contentment, and they have always been the spiritual backbone of Chinese culture. The reason why China has become the only country in the world that has been uninterrupted for 5,000 years is because it has such a profound culture of Chinese culture as its pillar. This culture has always run through the growth of each of us. Learning Chinese studies has become a popular word today, and it is people's reflection and square vision of traditional culture. The concept is extensive, rich in content, diverse in classification, and incorporates the experiences, experiences, methods, and sentiments of our ancestors into these words, reading them for future generations, and comprehending the mystery. They leave these classics to them. We are hoping that we will pass on from generation to generation, self-cultivation, family, governance, and the world, and truly apply what we have learned.

I am greatly encouraged by President Lu Jie and Mr. Wang Qi’s “Experience in Disciplinary Experience”. Our school is also promoting the classics of Chinese studies. We just let the children read them well. We are too superficial. We have selected too many contents. We have not practiced them. The participation rate of teachers is not high. We have achieved little effect. Teacher Wang Qi told us: Education is important in essence, not in form, and promotion of national studies should be specialized and consistent, persevere, to learn and use, to be properly guided, and to be gradual.
Ms. Yan Yajia’s “moving the wind and being easy to be fun” made me very impressed. The whole lecture was spent in joy. We interacted with Teacher Yajia. The biggest thing I wake up to is the "benevolence, righteousness, and wisdom" that Mr. Peng Xin said. The simple five words explain that this has a close relationship with the vital organs of our body. In the past, my understanding of them was limited to the requirements of morality. I always thought that if I had done the "benevolence, righteousness, ethics, and wisdom", it would be a morally noble person. Today, I deeply understand that they have an impact on our liver, lungs, heart, kidney, and spleen and stomach. If we truly "benevolence, righteousness, ethics, and faith," our body will not get sick so easily, and the disease will continue to decrease. Now I have a deep understanding that traditional culture can also be cultivated, so we must learn it better.
The thing I always remember is that I don't eat animal liver anymore. In these four days of training, I have learned that the animal liver is so toxic since I heard the teacher's "healthy diet" class, because all the toxins in the animal are concentrated in the liver. It is also a "vegetarian". Vegetarians contain the nutrients that humans need, so that they not only bring a healthy body to humans, but also protect the environment from health and health.
At the same time, the teacher's explanation made me realize the meaning of the "discipline" of the family training and family rules: it is the root of the Chinese nation, the soul of the Chinese nation, the golden key to open a happy life, and is the first rule of life. When I was moved, my mind was strongly shocked, reflected on myself, and carefully compared the teachings of the sages. I felt that my morality was zero. The third is the practice of hard work. In the classroom, they use humorous laughter to move our hearts and minds, and inspire the intellects with the language of the wise, words and sentences. Directly pointing to our spiritual lectures, I not only let me feel the profound Chinese traditional cultural heritage and strong national pride of the teachers who taught the lectures, but also opened a door for me to deeply understand and appreciate the essence of Chinese traditional culture. There are deep truths and concrete practices in the speech. There are both the wisdom of life and the lessons of history. Both the broad knowledge and the ideal of life make me realize the meaning of being a human being and the fun of being a human being. Let me feel the charm of Chinese traditional culture, meditate and meditate. The teachers have no stereotypes to teach, and there is no more eloquent words. Some are just sincere hearts. Part 2: Learning from the traditional culture training class

After the Spring Festival, I was fortunate to participate in the Chinese Traditional Culture Training Class held by the Huayun Departure Cultural Center in Dafudi, and I would like to thank the organizers and Dafudi. Grateful teachers and volunteers pay. Through learning, I have the following experience:

Part 3: Experience in traditional culture

The head of the unit decided to lead me to participate in the five-day study of Chinese traditional culture organized by Nanjing Jumeixin Cultural Education and Training Center.
At 3 pm on April 2, a group of five people took a special bus to the Nanjing Jumeixin Cultural Education and Training Center. Once they entered the gate of the training center, they saw several teachers standing in the doorway, and they were swearing and saying hello. I am very surprised and unaccustomed to it. I think they may be out of courtesy.

Many people are worried that vegetarianism can lead to malnutrition, especially to some special people, but from a scientific point of view, on the contrary, people who insist on vegetarianism are more likely to have health. I am deeply touched by myself. I usually don't have many small hairs, and many people say that my skin is very good. Part 5: A little experience in studying traditional culture in Nanjing Jumeixin

In the process of urban transformation in Chongqing, there was a relocation of the “nail house” that shocked the whole country. Before going to Nanjing Jumeixin, I wondered if it was worth spending so much money to learn traditional culture? With such doubts embarked on the itinerary. I came to Nanjing Jumeixin to see a five-day study course on the wall. I feel that the harvest in Nanjing will be cautious – because these courses have already been studied at school, but after five days of study, I found that the original idea was wrong, and the harvest was quite fruitful. Summarized as follows:
First, the love of Jumeixin volunteers deeply touched me.
At 9 o'clock on the evening of January 13, a group of ten people came to Jumeixin. As soon as they stepped into the gate, several volunteers greeted them with a smile, a box of greetings, greetings, warm reception, and then arranged immediately. When I came to the conference hall, the groups were seated in an orderly manner, and the rows of wooden seats were covered with fluffy cushions. During the break, the host reminded the students to open the cups and the volunteers would serve you. Second, Gao Chong personality shocked me
In the five days of going to Nanjing Jumeixin to learn the tradition, many people have shocked me. Especially when watching "The Parents of the World". In the five-day study of Nanjing Jumeixin, I realized the importance of the environment. I used to study traditional culture in school. I also learned the CD of Teacher Cai every day, but when I was studying in Nanjing, the content was the same because it was created. As long as I have time, I will occupy the house. The TV sports station never considers the feelings of the wife, and she has no interest in sports programs. She usually goes to sleep after a few minutes or looks for a book to see her, and spends her time. The child is doing the wife, whether it is at home or outside, I always take my wife as a punching bag, and she always let me, now I want to: If I change her character, she is stronger. Our marriage life may have long since ended. In the eyes of colleagues, the same is true. I have been in Haikou for five or six years, and teachers such as Guan Guan and Wang Lixing have been for many years. Because of the impetuous character, often quarrels with leading colleagues for small things. After learning the Disciples and traditional culture, the ideas have changed. Everyone comes from all corners of the country. They can work together in a school. It should be the fate of the year. I should cherish it. This Nanjing study made me realize that I should be kind to my family in the future family business and work. I must respect my wife and respect my colleagues. As a man, I should cultivate myself as a broad-minded person. As the saying goes, The general can run the horse on the back, and the prime minister can support the boat.
As a teacher, teaching and learning by example is the most important. I will pay more attention to the cultivation of children's morality in the future, and give more care to those so-called underachievers, so that children will receive equal respect in personality. I don't I dare to say how good I will be in the future, but by accepting traditional culture, I believe that traditional culture will change my life.
