4. It should be said that we have accumulated considerable work experience and some experience in the office clerical work.
First of all, I feel that no matter what unit work, the first one must agree with the corporate philosophy and culture, and integrate into the new team as soon as possible. Teamwork is very important. If the newcomer can't reach the organization's expected goals within the set planning time, the employer usually chooses to give up. Special small businesses basically do not have the cost of employing people other than budgetary salary, so there is no such thing as on-the-job training. However, the training of corporate culture before the new employees enter the job is absolutely in line with the human resources requirements of the ISO9001 standard 6.2, but it is only limited to confirm the ability to compete for the corresponding job. So no matter what kind of work, it is important to examine whether you are qualified for the job, which is easy to highlight in small private companies.
Second, work in private small businesses must be slick. Due to the limitation of financial strength and the positioning of development planning, small enterprises are in the process of exploration. I used to think about giving up, but I have to restrain myself, and I can't think about it if I don't want to come to work. In the face of difficulties, learn to adjust the mentality to relieve stress and face difficulties. Perhaps it is because I have just entered the society and the world is not deep, and sometimes I can't understand and agree with some of the company's actions.
E.g:
1. New employee workers are required to have their own keys when they are in the dormitory. When they leave the company, they have to hand over the keys. If they do not pay the keys, they must deduct 40 yuan from the salary. I agree with the turnkey, but why do I have to arrange for the staff to have 4 keys in one room? Every employee who makes this way has opinions and damages the company's image. This question was reflected to the relevant leaders before I finished my internship. I don't know if it can be solved.
2. There is no difference between having a leave of absence and no leave of absence when calculating attendance. The actual treatment of employee leave and absenteeism is the same, and the wages on the day of absence of attendance are deducted. This is theoretically completed and is subject to additional fines, but it does not actually operate.
3. There is only one labor contract, which is saved by the company. Article 16 of the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China clearly stipulates that the labor contract shall be held by the employer and the laborer. When I asked the relevant personnel, they just replied that if you want to be able to print another copy for you.
During the internship, there were many problems found during the internship. I also discussed it with my colleagues.
