I also learned this before when I was in college, but after I got here, I found that many things were not touched by me. I felt very fresh and unfamiliar. It was far from the learning content of the previous campus. As the course progresses, my understanding of quality inspectors is increasing and more comprehensive. Because I have learned this professional reason myself, I still have some foundations, and it is relatively easy to absorb. Some courses can understand. I only spend a lot of energy on the topic of "Building Mechanics" because this is the former. I have never touched the school, there is no foundation, so I put most of the time on it. The contents of learning at Hubei Entrepreneurship School include: building structure, building map, building construction technology, quality accident analysis, mandatory provisions of construction engineering, unified standards for construction quality acceptance, quality acceptance criteria for building decoration engineering, quality of masonry engineering Acceptance specifications, concrete structure construction quality acceptance specifications, masonry construction quality acceptance specifications, quality inspector post duties, how to deal with the relationship between owners and supervision. Although I used to know about it in the past, I still listened very seriously to Teacher Zhao, because I believe that if you take the time, you will be able to learn. At Hubei Entrepreneurship School, the teaching attitude here is very strict. Unlike our university stocking teaching, there is the most scientific training method here. I have learned a lot of knowledge. I know from my classmates that this school has very much in Wuhan. Good reputation and credibility, people from all walks of life have passed the certificate here, and they have played an important role in finding jobs, promotion and salary increases. From June 16th to 17th, I participated in the quality inspector training class organized by China Insurance Association. This study made me feel deeply and realized the importance of quality management. As a quality management work, I should be right. I am from Tianjin Yannan Packaging Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in the inspection of raw and auxiliary materials and finished products and semi-finished products. Through this training, I deeply realized the importance of quality management work and also learned more about the procedures for quality inspection work.
In the future work, I will do my job in the following aspects:

The materials on the site must be placed neatly, the steel bars are covered, the wooden squares are placed neatly, and warning signs must be placed on the site.
Since March 12th, we have not been lacking in the staff of the whole company. Several women in the inspection team of our company have told us about the contents of the project, materials, finance, and labor. Mr. Sun told us In terms of safety, Manager Zhao told us about the construction workers. They all talked very hard. Especially, Manager Liu repeatedly told me that he didn’t take a break in the middle of the night. He didn’t understand the place to explain, and the unclear place explained. In terms of materials, the company's material procurement in recent years mainly adopted the price bidding procurement method, the competitive negotiation method, and the inquiry comparison method. For the inspection of precious materials such as asphalt, heavy oil and modifiers, there must be more than three people, including the stationmaster of the mixing station, the materials department and the inspector, and sign and confirm. The items tested during the construction process include the various material categories of the masonry, whether the specifications and quality are qualified.
In short, in this training, I heard a lot of new vocabulary. This is our company's new concept and new direction. Only by learning this can we do a good job and create more economic benefits for the company.

Through the training of quality inspectors at Jinping Construction Bureau, I gradually learned and initially realized how to change from students to staff engaged in quality inspection management.
Quality management is a delicate task. It is not simply knowing a set of construction techniques and workflows to get the job done. More should think about how to carry out your own work; how to properly handle abnormalities and quality problems. How to communicate with the construction workers and guide the construction workers to carry out the construction according to the relevant specifications and quality requirements; how to better communicate and communicate with the on-site supervision personnel to achieve the ultimate goal of common quality management.
In addition to improving the level of work through external factors, I think that the improvement of its own content is also very important. More accumulation, more learning, more advice, to learn from others, to know the process knows why, in order to achieve targeted.
Opportunities and challenges often coexist.
