I. Proposal of the topic
Self-directed learning took the lead in West Germany in the 1950s and 1960s, and it was popular in Europe and the United States. It has been widely used in China's small teaching practice around the world. Although China has emphasized the independent study of students since ancient times, there is a saying that "no sorrow, no anger, no anger", but as a teaching method, it has not attracted people's attention until the new curriculum reform is proposed by the state. In the national curriculum reform experimental area, the practice of students' self-learning methods was carried out. As the second batch of school reform experimental schools in the country, we found a new problem in actively promoting the curriculum reform work. Rural middle school students lacked learning resources. Searching for information on the Internet, how to implement self-directed learning, and how to develop their ability to learn independently have become a top priority for our rural middle school teachers. Since June 2003, all the teachers of our school language group have been with Comrade Wu Huiping. Under the leadership of the "Cultural Autonomous Learning Ability in Rural Countries", the practical study of Anqing City-level Chinese subjects, this topic is divided into five categories: modern reading, classical Chinese reading, writing, oral communication, comprehensive learning and total review teaching. Second, the theoretical basis
1. Constructivism theory
Constructivism believes that self-learning ability, including self-screening and setting goals, self-finding learning content, self-determining learning methods and approaches, and self-management learning process are the most important goals of quality education in personal ability development.

Many successful experiences can promote the development of children's interest in learning and the improvement of learning enthusiasm.
