Problems in the past year Although the SIPO has made remarkable achievements in the comprehensive management of social security, there are also some problems that cannot be ignored: for example, the construction of judicial offices, legal service offices and people's mediation organizations There are still gaps in other aspects; it is difficult to resettle and help the work, the organization is not perfect, the business funds are insufficient, the management methods are relatively lagging; the service service team's service awareness and service level are not complete enough; the work initiative and innovation ability have to be improved, etc. These issues will be carefully studied and resolved in future work.
